  • You might say mucky, I say relief and texture. I find acrylics produce successful results for thus basic printing exercise. Thanks for your comment.

  • Matrix79726, seems ridgid. Life's full of variety, so with that said, there are many roads to the same path... An artist can use whatever mediums they wish...

  • Far too much paint on the plate therefore you did not get the subtlety of the matrix.

    You should use ink, not paint. And you should use a brayer to roll the plate, or

    card the ink onto the plate and then either wipe it as an intaglio plate or if you

    roll lit you can print it as a relief. The product I saw was not what I would call a "good"

    print.
