Oh, and about today's mainstream music. 'Music' that is being commercialized through huge media companies is just awful. It is pretty much, 95% or more, an insult to the word 'music'. but, the music must be real music! the new singers and musicians are talented, but I don,t pay attention to the new stuff. I did see "Duffy" on the Palladia channel and was blown away by her song "Mercy". but being from the old school I think almost all "rap" sounds the same. it is more of a chanting type of thing set to a beat, sometimes with rotten lyrics.
