Come on, the 'Millionaires Dinner' is essentially a bunch of guys at a strip club -- throwing money at the girl in the cake. Christ, this show was funny.
Buncha dirty old men, throwing money at a girl jumping out of a cake. It's shameful behavior. You'd never catch me doing that. Throwing the money that is... I have no problem jumping out of a cake.
I love the way The Penguin sometimes wears a little mask over his eyes when pulling a crime. Like nobody would know it was him lol. Joker does it too, sometimes.
When you get right down to it can work for him. With a mask and a top hat on how can say for sure who it is unless you get close. Would explain why he keeps getting out of jail.
