Glad they aren't just giving the Baba Mana in this once. but I don't like the idea of them using the same rehashed "fury" bar as in WoW.

Maybe something of a blood lust. That as long as he is attacking he can do whatever moves he likes without the bar/orbs depleting. They would only deplete if an attack is failed, or he stops attacking for any reason.

So he can do his base moves with 1 orb, and build up to more advanced. and while at top tier continue with his heavy attacks. till knocked back.

The only similarities between WoW and Diablo are cosmetic. It seems that they are trying to mold common enemy encounters around the success of WoW's encounter system, but still, the game play is drastically different and hardly relevant. The party roles in Diablo aren't cut and dry like they are in WoW meaning if you expect to fill just 1 role (tank, healer, dps, CC, AOE) in Diablo 3, you will probably be disappointed. I don't expect D3 to be over populated with tweens like WoW either.

@dark87415 i know huh.. A release date would be good. WoW is a piece of shit compared to diablo. And yeah, diablo came first so wow is a bit rip offish. They just made gameplay similar, which is good. I prefer WoW's gameplay over diablo 2's. But diablo is a much better game. Can't frigid wait!!

@dark87415 auto stat distribution was never in diablo, was introduced in WOW, and is in diablo 3. PvP arenas as opposed to in game PvP. there's a different skill point introduced in diablo 3 which is similar to WoW. you now use spells with the keyboard instead of the mouse, same as WoW. and blizzard have made diablo weapons DPS, where as they never used to be. each class having a different energy source is like WoW. the story lines and art work are different obviously. but game play = similar.

the barbarian uses energy to use his spells with. the orbs is like a rage meter which indicates how much the barbarian is damaging with his spells and hits.

Blizzard changed it back to a meter, like Mana. You gain it the same way, but now skills don't have to cost exactly 1 2 or 3 fury.

Mana had too many numbers. This only has 3: 1 ball, 2 balls, or 3 firey balls. Spells cost a globe to all three globes, and it's way simpler than waiting for your rage ball to fill.
