  • There's a move I'm trying to learn at the moment that is similar to an elbow track except you keep your hands together. Does this have a name or is it just a variation of elbow tracks?

ANYTHING involve of doing airtrack.. i jux can't kick up.. i got thea turnning but i always drop flat...

  • uhhh i learned elbows first, then airflares..... uhhh elbows i believe for me is harder to land but easier to do combos, as for airflares i can do alot of them... so i believe airflares

  • This actually help me alot with momentum and form. I already cud do 1, but its kinda sloppy. They only look good when i do them outta my flares, windmills, halos, and swipes. It kinda reminds me of a halo, how ur rotating off ur elbow instead of sliding on the side of ur head. I think this is a great way to learn how to do them, or to clean up ur form if u already have them. Thanks bro, u got sum nice skillz.

  • HI i think that will help me a lot, but i have a question, you say that you have to kick your legs, I do not realy see this or is it onlly because it is too far. I practice them now for one week and i have not any progression. But I must say that I do not push with my legs. Is that the mistake?

  • i push off with my elbows but i swing with my legs, i used my left foot and kick up with it like i am kicking a ball, i am also a lefty so if your a righty do the opposite. -- it almost like its all one motion

  • hmm... i think elbows are, they are really hard to catch sometimes cause you are so low to the ground

  • just go to face your fears man its going to hurt, you are going to have to get used to it but i would think you would need to reach over... to complete that land.... like your probably doing it and just falling straight on your back... try extending your second arm over quickly

  • at 31sec i noticed when ur other arm extends and lands it turns and spins a bit. does that help with the next elbow track?

  • in ways yes, it can and in some ways it can bring you into elbow spins, but i would say you should not let it spin, you want a firm control of your elbow to the ground, i was just spinning just because it was just like a try out

  • it actually took me like a couple of days back like 2 or 3 years ago, but i always had one into transition... it just wanted the move really bad... motivated like no other until i got it..... it is a really fun move to have

  • How do you elbow airflare to handstand/airflare?

    I can't lift myself up afterwards but I can do like 2 or 3 elbow airflares.

  • hmm... the way i learn is from doing elbow poses as in both elbow on the ground and your legs up, if you can pop into a handstand from that its pretty much how you do it, hmm... if you need help on it i can try to show you how i do it,

  • Hi am a girl learning this move, dam its hard to get the power to push of high. I am trying to strengthen my landing arm which is my weak arm

  • do you have a vid? well your momentum should help you alot to make it easier for you..... try swinging your leg through and as your legs comes through push right off your elbows... make sure that when you are landing.... keeps your hands flat for control and not in a fist alot of people tend to do that which will mess up most of the control in the move....
