Thank you very much for your comments! And there is no CGI either, all the images are real, they are just created using bad weather and filming techniques. Glad you liked it.
wow...i always thought things were so much more amazing and impressive when theyre NOT super high-technically done for you...real images you choose and distort how YOU want...like with my music...(check my page and tell me what you think so far!)...it makes it more personal, i guess
Many thanks for all the kind comments, it's very much appreciated. For those interested, the video and music for 'Elements' has been completed. I just need to complete some editing, and will hopefully be able to post it pretty soon. Thanks again for your interest.
A unique artistry indeed that deserves aesthetic recognition. You either love it or hate it but what matters most is creating and pioneering a genre unheard of. Thanks for the post. Keep up the great work.
I'll venture a guess here and say some of the footage was shot through a car window when it was raining. very good job combining the images w/ the sound. when editing did you try to use gradual dissolves to transition from image to image? thought that might work for some of it.
Thanks for your comments! You're correct, most of it was shot through a car window in the rain, good spot! Yes, I did try cross disolves, but for some reason abrupt edits seemed to work better. Cross disolves somehow made it too polished and smooth, and I wanted the images to have a sense of mystery and sinisterness about them. Cross disolves seemed to detract from that. I'm currently producing a follow-up called 'Elements', with better imagery and a different type of score.
sure...the sound was created in an attempt to make the images seem mysterious and other-worldly. I didn't want to use proper music as that would have ended up just being an accompaniment. I wanted the score to add to the overall effect. Thanks for looking and your interest. Check out 'Elements' which I'll be posting on here soon.

I like the music and am glad there is no cheesy electronica beat to ruin it - its experimental after all. Excellant music and video !
