    i work out 5 times a week and i play Taekwondo but my body still the same i got six packs but my arm muscles still not that big

  • @DadizTV you need to follow a right diet and make exercises with priority to triceps :)

  • @DadizTV maybe try moving onto weights? Exercises can only do so much.. maybe drink protein shakes, just don't take steroids.

  • @xhoni123456 if you don't already have a fair bit of upper body strength, you will be unaple to perform the exercise with proper form. remember that big numbers aren't important in working out - doing an easy workout with better form helps you more than a harder workout

    Elbows in, normal(like the video) and wide arm are the main ones you do in PT.

  • @bonneyjohn If your chest does not ache from this- raise your legs up (onto a bed or shelf) and choose a very wide arm position.go down as low as you can (pushup bars or a stack of books are good) and add weight if needed by putting stuff in a rucksack.Normal ones NEVER worked my chest but the ones i have explained do.

  • SUPERB animation however this is AWFUL IMPACT on your wrists. i would never recommend such exercises unless you want to sign up for physical therapy sessions to fix a problem you created yourself.

  • @scir91 , I disagree. I do this in tae kwon do, using my balled up fists.as if i were punching the floor, once you get to where u can do 50 good pushups on a daily basis, u start to go so fast u actually lift off the floor. This is good for white muscle fiber development

The muscles that you have to do those push ups will get bigger and harder to obtain. Get doing push ups if you want to keep the muscle.
