thank you so much for all your videos !!! You basicaly saved my life !! After hundreds of diets, starving myself all the time and then developing a habbit of overeatig and binge eating I started on the first of mai 100% raw and have been since and lost 20 pounds without starving myself and enough energy I even think I've more energy when I eat enough raw foods !!!!! So thank you so much each time I had a doubt or question I went here and looked it up on one of your vids.....thanks and God bless
Another great video Natasha! Thanks for clarifying. Even though I thought you were clear on the previous video about digestive issues, I did find myself thinking, 'man, I must eat way too many nuts and seeds for my own good'. Now, I feel better about that. Especially after devouring a new favorite recipe Matt Amsden's Soft Tacos. Yum! And so easy - ground walnuts, cumin & coriander in a collard "soft shell".
I'm not on a strictly raw food diet, but i've been slowly changing my diet towards it, and I LOVE your show because you have soo much info on this stuff. To be honest i have never even heard of people soaking their nuts for better digestion & i tried it last night after watching your video.this morning i added a 1/2 cup of soaked walnuts as well as a 1 tbs of grounded flax seeds to my kashi cerial. It tottaly worked..I barely had any bloating. So thank you!
