@IRONMANTA IMHO Mike Mentzer and Frank Zane were different sorts of men. Mike strove for well-proportioned mass. Frank's aim was symmetry and grace, with only the degree of mass added that was necessary for his aesthetic objective. I admire them both, but kind of have a hard time saying either is superior to the other as it seems they were trying to do different things.
