Hello Yar Scientist why don’t you take your show on the road, like the Golf Channel. This experiment would help a lot of us golfers that are thoroughly confused because of all the marketing nonsense. We spend hundreds of dollars a year trying to improve our game; the face balance debate is long overdue it never made any improvement in my stroke. I now understand that you don’t hit the ball with your swing, you hit it with your putter, and a stable putter would help my game. Thank you MPM
My belief is that the only reason Putter manufacturers add weights is to cover inconsistencies. If you are truly Engineering a Putter in Physics, there is absolutely no reason that a golfer should have to alter your math. However if you are just designing a putter for looks, and have no math, well you can have a golfer mess around with your design and if they do poorly you can blame the golfer…
At Yar Golf, our Putters are within precise tolerances, and are custom fitted to your physique and putting stance when they leave our ISO compliant Engineering Facility. They need no alterations in fact any adjustments to our putters outside of our Lab, will denigrate performance not enhance it. You do not see Pilots modifying their Fighter Planes. Our Putters are guaranteed to perform like no other, right out of the box. Thank you for your comment. Dr V.
@DrLusus lol ya, good point, i just like to keep it simple with puuters, but i really do understand ur theory on the face balanced putters, that just because the putters face sits straight up when u hold the shaft dosnt mean its face balanced perfectly, i actually tried the thing u said with one of my face balanced putter and the lightest weight was at the same point u had urs, which is not square to the bal lol
Thank You mcgroogtube for your diligence and honesty. I guess you will not be challenging the Yar Scientist to a MOI contest. Do not feel bad, no one on the Golf Channel, or other Putter manufacturer has challenged us up to this point, the facts speak for themselves. We give away a Custom fitted Yar Golf GX1 Putter every month to a lucky participant, you should enter. We honestly just pull a name out of a hat of those who enter, it is fun and free… All The Best Dr V.
