Um...There's no such thing as a "poisonous" snake - there are venomous snakes, but no poisonous ones. "Venomous" refers to toxins which are actively transfered (e.g., a bite) from one critter to another; "poisonous" refers to toxins being passively transfered (e.g., by an animal that eats something with toxins in it). Minor detail, but worth getting right.

Minor doesn't matter-- try being bitten by one and seeing if you care if it defines as 'venemous' or 'poisonous'. :P
