The girl was only 18 he was 33 He had a gun and drugs the cops wanted to pull the bike over cause it had no plates but the bike was also stolen She was rushed to the hospital with a "severed" head died a couple days later He only got charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon for her death....She was just a kid

If the bike driver had pulled over when the lights and siren came on, they'd be alive. It is the actions of the driver that ended up with both of these two being in the condition they are.

I have been there... I ran the cops so many times and I had the pigs so pist ....They finally found me and of course arrested me..... Here's the thing though they couldn't prove it was me.... They had no plate number. All they had was just a shitty description that had the pigs not knowing who it was. So in the end all they had was a warm engine for proof that I was out riding. First of all, it was a stolen bike. You can remember the license plate all day long, but if the vehicle is stolen, than that info is useless. Secondly, if you call off the chase and the passenger dies at the hands of the driver by some other means, I can assure you, you are still going to get sued by the family.

It should be the duty of the police and shift controller, to do a risk assessment and that assessment should be ongoing. A pursuit should be abandoned if at any stage the risks to safety (ie excessive speed 122mph/196km, night time with poor visibility, the public) outweigh the immediate need to apprehend the offender.
Nevertheless - The female pillion passenger was only 18 years old when she died. The driver charged MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G - life imprisonment.
If the guys would have stopped none of this would have happened, they weren't even being that aggressive, the driver should be charged with manslaughter,

fact of the matter is...if police called off the pursuit the bike would have slowed or stopped running completly, reguardless of the actions that caused the bike to run. If the bike driver had pulled over when the lights and siren came on, they'd be alive. It is the actions of the driver that ended up with both of these two being in the condition they are.

I have been there... I ran the cops so many times and I had the pigs so pist ....They finally found me and of course arrested me..... Here's the thing though they couldn't prove it was me.... They had no plate number. All they had was just a shitty description that had the pigs not knowing who it was. So in the end all they had was a warm engine for proof that I was out riding. It should be the duty of the police and shift controller, to do a risk assessment and that assessment should be ongoing. A pursuit should be abandoned if at any stage the risks to safety (ie excessive speed 122mph/196km, night time with poor visibility, the public) outweigh the immediate need to apprehend the offender.
Nevertheless - The female pillion passenger was only 18 years old when she died. The driver charged MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G - life imprisonment.

@xxxhilariousxxx I agree with you I am in Dallas Tx and the cops have a no chase policy here on motorcycles, if he had a passenger on the back all the more reason to let him go or try and radio up to another unit, Dallas bikers never stop for the cops because most bikes are illegal and with no plates on them, I'm so glad I don't do shit like this anymore becasue this could have been me when i was younger, at 33 with a family this is not worth it, I still ride but leave the crazy shit out

i think the police caused that one!!...if a biker wants to run..he'll come again one day...if they got his licence number..whats wrong with a early morning door knock, providing the bike isnt stolen......if it were stolen...so what..insurance pays dont it??
