Im from canada and I worked in the states for 5 years been to Ogdensburg,NY probably 7-10 times and stayed their everytime what a shit hole that place is and was!! found some cool people their though chicks and all that what a dive!!! and the girls we found were as dirty as that hotel!!

I'm sure that you are aware of the type of people who inhabit Zeroburgh, NY. Many are good people, but the majority are scuzbuckets! They destroy everything. They need to keep people away, because if jobs come they will have to go off of welfare. Holiday Inn lasted a few years, followed by Ramada Inn, Red Carpet Inn, and then River Resort Inn. You can see the downward slope here. Now, it is back to being a rat-infested, unihabited dump. It's a shame.
That place was once pretty nice. It used to be a factory. I think they made sleeping bags. They closed in the late 70's and the whole campus closed down and went rat-infested. They tore down a building, and they renovated the entire complex under the Holiday Inn name. This was around 1990 or just after.

ram patel owned the ramada in back around 2004 he also owns a hotel in massena (red roof inn) I worked there when it first opened as the holiday inn and then after the axia corperation (ram Patel) took it over it turned into a ramada becouse the hotel dident stand up to holiday inn standards any more. then it even lost thr ramada franchise and i guess you can see why. petel is a very comon name people from india dont use last names like we do. petelis more of a classification than a last name

This is a wonderful place to stay at.We have clean rooms nothing like that guy says.There is no PISS stains on our sheets.The stain by the Hvac was a knot.The lady that runs our place is a great person. It is cleaner then it ever has been.If u come and stay with us u will in joy ur stay. We make u feel at home.

You are talking about the home of the Blue Devils we are one of the best teams in the state! Our football team has beet over 50 teams and over half of them got football scholarships for collage. So learn what you are talking about there before you go running your mouth because we are better. No hard feelings but im telling the truth.

That once used to be a beautiful hotel. It all went downhill when the Patels bought it. They are from India and are accustomed to buying hotels and running then into the ground. They are greedy and horrible at business.
There are no abandoned factories on that side. There is an abandoned warehouse across the street.
I remember when that was an amazing place too. My parents, Dave and Laurie, used to dock their boat down there for the summer when I was a kid. We used to swim in the pool all the time and the place was just awesome all around. Ever since those people bought it, all I see now when I drive by is memories. The rest is gone.
excuse me my aunt works for the patels at stonefence so please dont talk about the patels cuz they are really nice people and trust me when i show them this they wont be happy the patles never even owned the ramada they own the super 8 in massena and stonefence in ogdensburg i will show my aunt this to i know them bettter then you do they are very sweet. please dont ever talk about anyone you dont even know that well. i know them very well.

And we have to travel 2 hours for preventing bordum (Watertown, Canton, so on)

That once used to be a beautiful hotel. It all went downhill when the Patels bought it. They are from India and are accustomed to buying hotels and running then into the ground. They are greedy and horrible at business.
There are no abandoned factories on that side. There is an abandoned warehouse across the street.
