I will not only never buy an apple product again (I haven't got one since 2005 when I got my ipod), but I'm never buying another electronic from China and other impoverished nations of the world where the companies force people into shit like this!

Also it is not capitalism that is evil. The idea of capitalism is with some government regulation large companies can benefit the community and society while making a profit.

Marx's critique of capitalism was spot on and still applicable today, although his "solutions" did not hold up in practice and was insufficient in regards creating a framework of economic equality for all. He wanted instead a "dictatorship of the proletariat," which was just another form of elitism which exchanged places with the former elite.

Which is why regulation is needed. Capitalism can be the best system because it allows for opportunity and individual advancement.

Regulation of corporations here in the United States so workers will be given suitable quality of life. Countries left in the dust by colonialism will slowly catch up with the aid of the world. All huge corporations do this... what do you think, that this is new. Microsoft, Sony, GE, Intel, HP, Dell, and many other well known corporations are doing this. Unless something is done then every bit of our remaining jobs will go to China so their citizens can work like dogs, while their upper class sits pretty!

This is about the predatory and anti-life aspects of capitalism that has been accepted as 'the way thing are," especially by those who are abused the most in the system! This is a call for those to reconsider the accepted "truths" about people and money and find a way to make sure nobody is abused by another. Equal Money will do that, and we will see it manifested before too long.

We won't change anything because these big businesses will never stop because the demand for these tablets and computers in limitless. @brigandscholar Let's begin with the fact that "free market capitalism" is a neoliberal myth. In the case of Apple and China, where the major concern is the profit margin. The workers can go to hell. The thesis that one's hard work will be rewarded in a capitalist system is false, as economic slavery - not free market capitalism, is the reality. Or do you think that the rich getting richer, China owning the American debt and the post-industrial middle class is being wiped out are good things?

The human being is programmed to be a social animal, and this is key, because only in groups do human beings get more done than they could operating alone. I used to subscribe to anarchist views, but I found that the post-anarchist critique more compelling. Anarchism is great at conjuring visions of social change, but is useless in actually doing something to bring that change into fruition.

As far as an instrument of change, the Occupy Wall Street and Anonymous groups are using anarchist principles quite effectively. There is no record of a successful anarchist society - specifically because it would be impossible to work. People work best in organized groups. An anarchist community would still be a group in essence, and there would still have to be agreements in place to ensure people aren't fucking others over. There would always be some sort of enforceable law agreement within the group.
