That guy was in a lot of muscle mags, and steroids did not make his arms look like that, at all...I believe it was some shit called synthol as killabuilder mentioned. He looked like shit.

Eso es por el synthol como dice el ingles. El synthol es aceite. Y hay gilipollas que se inyectan aceite. Los esteroides no deforman.
