  • can't please everyone I guess. I thought it was great, mislabeled though

  • I believe the band doing this cover are called Big Tobacco & the Pickers, I just saw them in Toronto. They have more vids on youtube of better quality, you should check em' out if you like this!

  • You sound like Old Crow. Which is good, I love their version of this song.

  • The twangy voice by the man in the black cap is too forced. A better title for this video would have been 500 Keele - CC Rider cover.

  • these guys are real doin it any which way they can. And it sounds better than any version id ever heard.

  • Hey hey CCrider,brilliant !!!!!

  • nice

  • christ, it's a traditional song. ma rainey recorded it first. this whole exercise is pitiful,

  • Enjoy that bar boys! Guess you had to be there and drinking and I mean drinking A LOT!!!! Hope there wasn't a cover carge

  • cover of an elvis cover dumbasses

  • least he knew it was not an original

  • It's a traditional song. Ma Rainey had a hit with this song 10 years before Elvis was born, dumbass.

  • you suck dicks

  • How does it feel to have to wear a helmet everywhere you go?

  • @galaxyrock

This song was also sung in the 20s - 30s..

Blues song... leadbelly and the like...

  • @epcd3000

I know, that was implied by what I said. Ma Rainey was a blues singer in the 20's.

  • thumbs down harmonica

  • Don't know who it is, but like their version of this classic.

  • You should add COVER to the title, otherwise it is misleading.

  • no they change it up a little and its a popular one

  • Where is Old Crow Medicine Show? Why label this as OCMS when it clearly ain't.

  • OLD CROW THIS IS NOT! STOP MISLABELING YOUR POOR QUALITY COVERS! and if you want to sound more like ocms, start drinking more whiskey and Coke if you know what i mean

  • Everybody's a critic. That was one show. I liked it because the vox and the mood were all Huddy Ledbetter. Listen to the original and you'll appreciate it all the more. I'd 've loved to set in on that and learn a few licks. I dig it.

  • The song was great, honestly, the harp was scary! I had to take the shotgun out of my dogs mouth! Don't give up though, it only took me 30 years to learn to play harmonica.

Craig "Corky" Schirato, Blues to Bluegrass

  • coll widescreen!

  • yea dude, harmonica was weak. otherwise pretty good rendition.

  • i like it, [;

  • Chuck Willis singing C C Rider with the saxaphone that gives you chills in the background always stoped me in my tracks when it played on the juke box in the late 1950's and I would wait till it finished to go back swimming at RADIUM SPRINGS IN ALBANY, GA. I was 14 years old when his version was popular.OLD ED

  • Learn to blow that harp man! -LOL Really though it sounded terrific! I like to watch youin's play. Looks like your having alot of fun!

  • Weird that the ask if anyone has heard of Old Crow before playing CC Rider, which is not an Old Crow song. CC Rider is one of those songs older than dirt, covered by everyone from the Grateful Dead to Elvis (no joke!).

  • i think they just mean that they're doing it in the more bluegrassy OCMS style

  • SOUNDS AWESOME!!! Would have sounded better w/o drums though. great job on it though....
