@LILDONOVANXX mmm, general random tips: sell dragon bones/scales for money early on because you'll replace them many times over later on, get a companion early and have them carry stuff for you, pick a type of combat you like and stick to it, join the companions early on in White Run and level your skills on their missions, also watch my Daedric Armor video for some decent smithing tips.

You will need to get access to the palagius wing in the Blue Palace and you will be teleported to Sheogorath - Daedric prince of Madness - you can look up "Wabbajack" on the elder scrolls wikia for a better description
