I got 2 of the Solo 6 B, and they are pretty clear. I mean.. your music sounds pretty much like it's really sounding. So if you have a Yamaha Motif for example, and u buy The Solo 6 b's.. don't get's scared if you don't like the sound of your keys at first. It's just really how it's supposed to sound without make up if u will.

Theres' nothing wrong with the monitors..

But if you put on a pair of headphones like a $230 pair.. straight from the Yamaha..

It will sound like magic again.

in my studio I'm using the Focal Twin 6be.. they are awesome... on the best studio monitors in the world!!! I'm using it for mixing and mastering... love them
