I just did this workout with you and I must say that I am feeling the burn! I love my curves and I want to keep them along with the few pounds I have gained. Are there any cardio exercises that are good to do, but won't injure my leg. I have a previous ACL injury to my left knee and running seems to bother it. Any advice??? when i do these excirse i don't feel nothing no burn no nothing and i have done them before i use to feel the burn now i don't feel anything
