I think a lot of people have a misunderstanding of Jason's fear of Water in Freddy vs. Jason. When he saw the water in his dream, he saw it through the eyes of himself as a child and therefore, he became afraid of it. In the real world, he has no fear of water or anything, which is why he obviously had no problems battling Freddy by Camp Crystal Lake. So if Jason is afraid of anything, it's his own past, which perhaps is one reason his mother is the only one who can control him.

I loved this Movie along with Tommy Jarvis, Tina Shepard is one of my favorite and unique Friday the 13th and Horror hero. She was able to Battle Jason in a different way which made her bad ass.
I wished they would have had her and Tommy Jarvis in Freddy Vs Jason as the Hero's instead would have made more sense but we got to see it In the 2nd part of Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash : )
Personally, i think the telekinesis wasn't TOO unnecessary, i think they just wanted to spice the series up a bit, just normal people killing him is getting old.
And the fact that he still gets back up from a fight with a person with telekinesis kind of proves that Jason is a lot stronger then we thought. Just an opinion

Michael's curse is really that he's overrated. No offence to Michael fans.

@evil21345 yes it does mean something if they are in the dream world. the dream world is freddy's world so basicly freddy is in control. and just cuz jason ripped freddy's arm off doesn't mean jason won the fight. in fact, jason was the one who was a bloody mess at the end of the fight.

@SandersonCallum That's what I hated about FvJ: that final fight scene. Jason should have mopped the floor with Freddy in the first five seconds. But no they made Freddy into some kind of super ninja for that final fight just to placate the Nightmare fans just like they nerfed the Predators in the AvP movies to placate the Alien fans.

true there is no difference to Freddy and any of the other guys Jason has killed, Jason has taken down that boxer guy on part 8 who could easily woop freddy's ass and other stronger and taller people with his bare hands.
