Didn't stop tricks like. not sending a bill one month. which can not be paid without official billing statement. thus making you delinquent. and then in default. and that makes all your credit cards so. and all due Now ! dirty pool ? just regular business for them.

Mr Dorgan i usally agree with u but this law is a Joke sorry to say yes nice start but over all a total waste of time for the most part. U say they cant raise intrest rates yes they can and with no cap still. u guys need to put a cap on intrest say Prime Rate + 6% would be nice and fair. go after these check cashing places to there intrest is up to 125% apr thats crazy and should be stoped NOW

My wife works for a CC company in fargo here this bill i really hate to say is a joke. its a start but over all it will do nothing. What needs to b done is a over all CAP on intrest rates for example Prime+6% apr cap would b a nice start. Intrest rates on CC can be jumped up for no reasion what so ever that is a FACT read any card holder agrement it will tell u that. Also go after these check cashing places most of them charge 125% apr thats crazy.
