Not at all, some dopes ..majority dont.

National federations should be punished more, they are responsible for their riders. Countries like Russia and their doped athletes should be banned until clean ups.

they all dope. If you look at statistics like the first time lemond one the tour there was no one within 10 percent of his average output over the tour. However, the next year there where 20 riders within that range of his watts. There is no way that can happen without drugs.

You are obligated to sprint in a more or less straight line to the finish. Going of your line and therefore cutting of other sprinters gets u disqualified.
