  • Very cool!

  • well, kids. he does not mention the bussy polluted highway next to it? Also that it is so difficult to find a cab there. Oh, and those who live there have not idea that this area is the birth of HOmoAmer. Yes, the famous piers where men discovered eachother in the 70. Where plato and socrates were reborned. It was fantastic to run on the piers in the morning while watching naked men having sex. What rises from decadense! Just a little dirty history of the area.

  • tarmagan...you're an idiot! this man is a architectural genious! he's designed some of the most beautiful museums i've ever seen. and i've seen plenty. He's brilliant, and architects and future architects are right to respect him.

  • Umm. No your an idiot. And a little wet behind the ears. You apparently watch too much tv to really appreciate your surroundings.

  • omg i can't get over on how clever your "wet behind the ears" comment was. WOW! and to think that it took you a miserable yr. to come up with it.

and, as an architect I not only appreciate my surroundings but am inspired by them. So :)

Im anxiously awaiting your next clever comment, I just hope you dont make me wait another yr.

  • HOw much for this Condo? What is the price range because im interested!

  • Also he does not mention the fact that the first tower had problems to the point that a few celebrities moved out? It is a tower out of place since two blocks away is where christopher st. is, and it is a joke to have a multimillion tower where so much of the discriminated and poor gays (and artist) go.just and opinion. And I bet that their residents do not even visit the neighbourhood or care about it. They just live there for some silly reason?

  • The building looks like a hideous bore. A thing thought up in the 1950's with no concession to green issues, urban space or human scale. This soft sell stinks. I think New York would be right to expect more of this architect who is supposedly respected by other architects round the world. Dreadful, just dreadful.

    Aye!

  • A gorgeous video with fabulous music, pleasing commentary and my favourite architect of all time, Richard Meier! :)Nice little extras here that weren't on the 165 Charles Street website.
