  • Thank God for your video tutorial. I'm trying to buy my first telescope. I've been doing some serious research in telescopes, and I find refractor telescope free maintenance which I love, but there's downfall from what I have been looking at which is Orion skyquest tx 8(Dobsonian). In between the Orion Astroview 90mm and Skyquest tx 8, I find Skyquest better, but I don't know how much better it is viewing galaxies/nebula/lunar/planets. Are there other downfall other than the maintenance part?

  • @SeanKimStyle SOunds like you are having fun. Both are good scopes. Nice work. I would go with the 8 inch because of more light gathering power. But another negative to that scope is less portability. Its heavier and bigger so, takes more time to setup, lug around. But once you are viewing its worth it to have more light gathering power.

  • Horrible demo! Please adjust your audio sir!

  • @digitalpiiimp Sorry about the audio. This video is 3 years old. I now have a much better setup.

  • are real telescopes like this refracting one cheap in uae?

anyway ure a good physics teacher (for telescopes)

  • @MrLOMPST99 yes, you can get inexpensive ones like this.

  • You sound like duffy duck :D sry I had to say this :D But hey! great description!

  • I like the castle

  • i got that 1 thx

  • "(scratch-scratch) Hi it's Lou from (...)" :)))) epic...... could work for an advertising campaign though. for itch-stopping lotion :D otherwise, that's a nice scope. perfect i might say - of course, for educational purposes ONLY ;) can you see China with it, at 625x magnification? :))))

  • Is it possible to get a other eyepiece for more zooming?

  • @Jermainesmit21 Yes, you can buy more eyepieces for most telescopes. I am going to be doing another telescope vid pretty soon.

IS THIS A GOOD BUY???
  • Hi, I want to buy a telescope for my brother's birthday, but i'm having trouble purchasing one. If you can look at the link and tell me if it is good for the money I would really appreciate it

  • I bought a tele-science refractor telescope for $6.00 at Goodwill

  • i m buying the same telescope... i just want to know..... is that a good telescope... ?

    do u like it?

  • i have one like that i dont know how to use it tho

  • i found soemthing similar to this, but i wonder if it worth 60$, it can magnify 525x max with the eyepices it has (the other 2 are 168 and 105)

  • Probably not worth the 60 dollars. the 525 magnification will be no good. An inexpensive telescope will not work that well. Do you have a link you can send me> I will take a look at the telescope and let you know what I think.

  • That's a cheap toy telescope! )o:

  • I think this is the scope i just brought Telstar 700x60 Refractor.

  • What is better, a refractor or reflector?

  • Kind of hard to say, for purity refractors are better with viewing but for your dollar spent reflectors are usually much better. You can get a much bigger reflector at lower prices.

  • i need to buy a telescope to see what you have got mounted in the wall.........

  • lol!

  • your mice sound bad
