Great, so I watched this because Libizz made it sound like you used the player's speaker and I wanted to hear it 'cause I'm getting an E300 for Christmas, but NOPE instead you use your speakers you have to plug in. But, really, review? There's no review! Just you flipping the menu and playing music just like the Korean videos or whatever they are! Videos like these annoy me to no end because you can always hear their camera's mic buzzing and the buttons clacking LOUD but no "review" talk!

Here's a review for you guys: DON'T BUY THIS THING. It's a piece of shit, you can't even add songs to it because the drive won't recognize it, and it's so fucking old the company that makes it stopped supporting it.

Yeah this is really good if its too late, im just sayin, get this one, its got fast startup and a shitload of memory for you to store anything you want. Plus sound quality is great.

@flyffknights indeed the problem with these cheapo mp3 players is it cna't handle but about 300 songs in a playlist/folders, after that the songs dont show up in arstist or album, then you have to browse the internal memory/flash card and hope u have it at least somewhat organized in folders so you can find a certain song you want. The sansa Fuze can handle as many songs as u can store on there and automatically sorts by artist/album, ive had about 3 different cheapo, none of them compare 2 it.

i had this before. not so great. when you pause music, it fades out and when you resume it, it fades in. it doesnt immediately pause the song. the video quality is good enough to watch clips but not movies. the battery life is ok but even the ipod shuffle could last longer without charging. the buttons SOMETIMES do not fuction correctly. but this player is decent enough for the price :D

It only fades in if you want to...you can always go to >>> setup sound>>>Fade-In>>and turn it off. I personally think its the best in it price range... even if its kinda laggy... i have mine for like 1month now and i love it

its a good player, but getting album art is a pain, WMP 11 and Iriverplus3 are useless for updating album art to it, only mediamonkey has been able to update album art, but you have to make sure that the option to embed art into tag is enabled for the player within mediamonkey, i also do not like that there is no charging indicator when the usb is connected.

that happens sometimes. if that little bar in the top right corner is full after you turn your iriver on,that means its charged.

it has a usb conection, built in speakers, a mic for recording, radio, video, pictures, and it has a line in so if you want a song fron=m another ipod or mp3 player you can plug in to the in slot and hit record in lime and have the frind hit play and you can record it... if you have any questions send me a message.

Except for being a little slow, not having a socket to USB adapter (only charges from a computer) and needing the reset button pressed every 2 days, it's a fine tool. You should always have something like a paper clip available so you can press the reset button - it freezes often, sometimes on, sometimes off. Still, I think it's pretty much worth its money.

I have the U20 one and I have to say that the E100 is much cheaper and better than U20. The differences are: Better Radio, Speakers (the U20 don't have any), Picture browsing, bigger screen and more video formats. I guess there are much more differences but that's what I found.

almost anything is made in China, even if they're not assembled there. the only thing that separates one from the other is the QC level. the cheapest things have virtually no QC while the most expensive go through thorough testing before hitting the market.

the reason it doesnt have a sensor is because like on ipods, if your wearing anything over your hands and trying to use it you're screwed. so they created the d-click system, which is much more easily operable and not nearly as loud as the video implies (he has a very sensitive mic.). but the d- click system is smooth, never lags, and is more convienant for the consumer (since the product is distributed mostly throughout europe and asia, and it can get quite cold in Russia, or ireland)
