  • 0:52 Hi Nina! I know you won't see this, but I met you! You came to Kansas City MO and there was a meet up at the Marriott hotel!

  • Great information, thanks

  • Very awesome channel...Cheers!!!

  • weird ppl

  • Why is this so hard to read?

Oh, they're not sure of the data?

    Oh, OK.

  • fake laughs at the end..xD

  • kids. society failure. kids.

  • wow great atmosphere .. it takes great management to get this Working Atmosphere

  • Man these seems like a place id like to work at, talk to people who have intelligence not all this rubbish you hear and see in the modern day america.

  • do these niqqas even do anything

  • Google = Excellence - Innovation - Future

  • @mrstuperstefan google maps sucks? it's one of the most useful things out there. yahoo maps sucks!

  • @mrstuperstefan

How does Google Maps suck? In what way can they improve your user experience? So you want it to make your coffee as you search for directions? How about a sandwich as you browse the the local businesses on the map? Anything you want, I'll give 'em a shout.

  • @EngNaruSuks No sammiches, no coffee. just a touch of accuracy. The locator icon on the hundred blocks is likely to be wrong. My truck, he is big and does not like turning around. I use Thomas Bros because internet maps are so unpredictable.

  • nerd humor

  • so much fun

  • how about calling the business by clicking on the phone number and linking it to the newest google voice, which i love it

  • Of course they're nerds, they probably all graduated from Ivy League schools. Nothing wrong with that.

  • we need nerds..to do what they do....and then get rid of them

  • wats wrong with nerds?

  • I think this is fake

  • I would be a nerd to make the money they do.

  • STAGED!! Come on, Google: Theres no way wed fall for that, forget the whole camere man in the middle of the room.. O.o Still, life @ Google s great!

  • Lol, wtf is even funny? But google seems like a legit place to work.

  • stupid people; every employe in google too is a poor slave; you have to create own company to be sth more than nothing; think!

  • They should make a url with google/brainstorm to just jot random ideas down and make it interactive and be able to work on any android smartphone as a Google app? Who agrees?

  • @DigitalFrostbite yeah, and then hire 500 people to read all of those suggestions, more than half being stuff like "Gay", all day long.

  • you are a human being, get a life and know life rather than spending the rest of your life making computer your first wife.

  • To be totally honest, i'm almost a graduated web developer, and when I see some of the shit Google makes, I keep thinking; One guy on the other side of the globe sits in some office, and codes this MASSSSSSIIIIVEEEEEE database structure, in modular programming with other employees. My mind cannot even begin to fathom how fucking smart you have to be to work with this stuff... These movies really discourage me from making my hobby as a job...

  • It's funny how they all start cracking up at the end about something not really that funny. It may be the fact tat they're on camera or that they're just nerds (nothing wrong with being a nerd)

  • Hey Google! It's crazy that you're using a dry erase whiteboard in your office! Check out SMART Technologies' SMART Board Interactive whiteboard...we have them in every meeting room and it helps brainstorming/collaborating become more interactive and productive :)

  • If these guys are nerds, I want to be one.

    Nerds ... perhaps.

    Elites ... definitely

    Pssst Google ... Hire me!

  • how come the guy stoped writing after he got to the end of the board even though more ideas were being said?

  • Damn, I wish my workplace was like this. Everyone had equal idea input into projects

  • It seems like (not from this video, but from what's on Google generally) that they have these meetings, but then they leave out the designers. They're so confident on "data structures" but not as enthusiastic about design. NOT A BAD THING. Just sayin'

  • @thisshitiscalleddeaf Yeah, the thing that I've come to realize about Google is that it's about usability and function first, design second. I mean, there really is no design, it's just however it needs to look to function the best that it can. A very utilitarian and minimalistic approach. It's not a bad thing, it's just pretty unique.

  • The lady in the green t-shirt sounds eerily like Rita Rudner, a comedian who achieved minor popularity in the 1980s. Does anyone else notice the similarity ?

  • who basically make every aspect of your life easier. trust me, you wouldnt be on youtube without a nerd. the world would be nothing without em

  • you are afraid and jealous of people who are smarter than you. I pity you, ensignz

  • @shalomc and you responded to him. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!

  • @ensignz at least htey dont post gay vids about fail songs

  • @simenhenri so you admit I'm right.

  • @ensignz wtf how does that admit ur right.... u havnt ever been right and u never will so go up to ur dad and suck his balls (if he even has any).

  • @simenhenri ...uhhh, by showing how incompetent you are at come-backs, duh!

  • this is scary.

  • Why not have an option for general categories like shopping or food and have recommendations generated based off of how close and how good the other users ratings are?

  • geeks....

  • @qtbeauty95 dont use google if ur giving it a negative connotation

  • @Catchetat im not insulting the company.....just calling u guys a bunch of geeks

  • @qtbeauty95 lol ur the geek not them

  • @simenhenri lol your defense suspiciously affiliates you with the company.

  • they do NOT have windows at workplace, what is very uncomfortable; i would give resignation if they put me in such a room; i heard that google pays not so much (cause people want to work there cause of brand (idiots are everywhere)); so these all together is a crap

  • I'm sure not every room at Google is like that.

  • @NoirNG

    Probably yes. But such rooms are not acceptable. In my country it's against employee rights probably;

as I see here it's their permanent room, cause there are computers (they even do not have portable computers :D poor poor

  • I just watched the tour around the GooglePlex (here on YouTube) and it really looks like a good working environment. Probably that room doubles as a storage room and is used for minor discussions rather than real work.

  • but where, in New York?

  • i was working in glass office building, but there were some offices without windows and they put there people for permanent work; i would never accept such conditions - it's unhelfy; but look at that window - it's their permanent workplace; conference rooms looks different

  • @piesiewicz Have you ever been to a Google office? Please please check your facts!

  • Google is taking over the world by allowing employees to take a personal ownership in their creativity for the company! This is a recipe for success!!! This is a team I would love to be something apart of. Does anyone know if Google offers internships to college students??

  • They do, but not nothing in the USA is available right now.

  • @bobmister250 thanks for the reply! i appreciate it. How do you know nothing is available right now in the USA? I live in California and was hoping to be able to hop on the SF or Mountain View team as a Summer Intern. Look forward to hearing back!

  • i think they've been giving interns to students at santa clara, a nearby college. I could be wrong though.

  • @mortanian4

    NO

  • @mortanian4 check Google's job pages

  • Google is Awesome!!!

  • @RobertVelarde

    Google is worst than M$

  • she said "it looks like we have neighborhood data" not "it looks a nigger who did it" lolz.

  • @donthideyourhate lmfao YES

  • haaaaa

  • why does that chick in the green shirt say "it looks like a nigger who did it"?

  • At last, Google is a open source player,

  • is it me, or did the laughter sound some how digitally manipulated, to make it more than there actually was at that moment

  • Interesting brainstorming process.

  • everyone that calls this group of people "nerds" ... needs to just shut up. cause all it means is that obviously ur just jealous and not very gifted or u dont make that much cash.. in other words put on ur diaper and get on with ur little pathetic life . have a nice day A holes =]

  • @speedysteve007

well said :D these guys are not nerds, they are brainstorming and problem solving, or collaborating, which is normal in my eyes

  • @gm3dgames well thank you for agreeing with me :D

  • yo everyone watching this, these "nerds" get over 120,000 a year....

  • Which depertment do you belong to in M$?

  • They even have a Giggle at Google hehe

  • I like this way of solving problems, It really lets you be creative and the whole part where you have FUN lets it work out even better. To me its the best way. and rich? If they get rich with something that is almost always free (I never paid for google stuff) then they have my respect!

  • what i dont like is her use of the word ifferance

excuse my spelling do we want people i.e them google and others inffering things on our internets ???

  • Comment removed

  • that's an individualist point of view.

she said inferring does? this mean Google will only choose what they want to show us instead of what we are searching for ?> based on payment or status on the search servers.

  • O_o nerds...

  • Rich nerds... which makes them cool

  • I don't think they're rich - Google's owners are. But these peaople are just very smart :) and that makes them awesome

  • this nerds are rich they make over 100 K a year.

  • Yes , and they have good computers in their homes too ..

  • For me brainstorm isn't the best way for searching solutions on IT market. I think better way is "internal open source" or "network relations" whatever you wanna call that. When everybody can share its idea despite his position in company via email, board and any other ways. It enlarges spectrum of creativity. And then such meeting should take place where specialists only decide either ideas are worth or pointless. Even masterminds got very soon simply burnt out and talking about bookstores...

  • stop crying and create and execute ways to make more money...and utilize the law of attraction

  • NERDS

  • GOOGLE'S INCOME

    $572.9 DOLLARS/SECOND

    $34.3 THOUSAND/MIN

    $2.06 MILLION/Hour

    $49.5 MILLION/DAY

POOR PEOPLE GET NOTHININFACT EVERY SECOND THAT PASSES BY THEY GET LESS THAN WHAT THEY HAD. THIS TELLS YOU HOW FAIR OUR WORLD IS!

  • SO WHAT ?????????

  • Then they shoulkd get a job at Google too. Nice food in cafeteria too!

  • hey what course do u have to take to work for Google? like school wise

  • "He got a job at Google, I said GOOGLE, not Sizzler!" from the movie 21.

  • God! This is so cool. My dream job!

  • Well. they could offer sound, so people who are visualy impaired could still recieve all of the same information as a more visually inclined person would. Or perhaps a visual type of brosure to give users a more indepth feel of the buisness. But, then again, it would all have to depend on the type of buisness. for example, you wouldnt give a video tour of a plumbers buisness. But if you were a hotel owner, or a restaurant manager you would. :)

  • Did I miss something or have they invented a way for blind people to use the internet?

  • @donal1000 yes. screenreaders, among other things, such as text readers that pop up braille along a bar on the bottom of the keyboard and go through anything you want on the screen. There's a lot of stuff out there for the blind.

  • how can you better show all the data ... hmmm the data is in text already, perhapse images. there arent many options. you can alter text or alter images, its a web page. o_O

  • but if there were a mini google earth, the function could be turned on or off, obviously, cause in high traffic shared ip services it would slow things down. but yeah that mini google earth would be the key i think too

  • a mini 3D Google Earth will be perfect for internet users.

  • Thats really cool brainstroming.. I think best suitable kind of brainstroming so that more different innovative ideas come up.

While watching this brainstroming, I also got 3 ideas that should be implemented.

    Really cool brainstroming.

Now the final target is to work for google & implement my 3 ideas that makes me feel proud.

  • this is a great moment of a work process, a piston engine turning, where laughter becomes powerful computer code, and changes the world by helping open and explore it more powerfully.. keep on laughing!..

  • well you wanna know prices, user experiences and a button which allows you to make reservations instantly.

  • morons

  • I think you had used google maps once. This five or six morons made google maps. They make over 100 K a year!

  • an u are the one thats saying 100 k a year...

  • all white and one asian...

  • doomed to fail with only 1 Asian. Get it up, google!

  • that's cause this is just UI nonsense. the hard stuff has already been done.

  • they go by who is qualified, not by affirmative action.

  • nice white board

  • i dont actually have much opinion on the video itself jsut youtube :P yeah ok pointless sorry

  • so this is google then? can u try to make sure youtube keeps the same twice in a row? its so annoying watching 1 video with one layout and another in a different one and its so annoying the newer looking one doesnt have all the same buttons so i have to wait until its loaded to make sure it doesnt play by itself

  • well, a checkbox to the right of the map for Landmarks would be cool :), though the map does seem a little redundant, as with a bit more space you could see the same area just below the ballon

prolly worth including some way to mark landmarks as useful/redundant

    cool product anyhow :)

  • How about GPS+camcorder in the Google phone so you can film places, upload it to Youtube directly over Xohm and 700mhz mobile WiMax and mash it up with the Google streetview, maps and earth.

  • why did they bother to post this? are these people working for free? I hope they aren't getting paid. that would be pretty disappointing.

  • true

  • haha! spot on!

  • locations of mobile items, like dealers.

  • It would be pretty cool to have a google map that tracks whose visiting our profile page. Myspace has it set up where you can put in the HTML from other second parties too. Whatever, the options, it would be a nice feature. ~Raven

  • ahhh! makes me want to work at google!!

  • Hire me?

  • nig

  • google rulez!

  • Cool

  • nice....
