I remember my first visit to Miami Beach in 1989 when South Beach was a big construction site. It was so nice to see it bloom again a few years later after seeing some reports on TV of art deco buildings about to be torn down. Thanks for this excellent video.

I went to south beach with some friends as are senior trip before we go off to college and it was amazing. A few tips, it's better to fly there. Don't rent a car for your stay if your staying right on ocean Dr. because you can walk everywhere there and take a taxi to and from the airport. You can save that money for your stay, drinks get expensive. Lastly side walk cafes will give you a deal if you ask for it. For example I got 30% off and buy one get one free drinks just by asking.
