Which chord do you play before C?? I saw on a tabs site it's C/B but I'm not sure how to play it! I'm kinda learning...

Don't you mean the chord AFTER the C?. If so, you could play x2x010 or x22010, which are versions of the C/b (C with an added b bass note) or play x22000, which is an Em with the the 6th string dampened and playing the b on the 5th string as the bass ...that makes it sound pretty complicated, but it's not really.
