I had my body stabilize it... it's a progression... hooking my foot on to the other would "ground" it and make the exercise MORE stable :) I hope you enjoyed it! thank you for your comment!

very cool trio...tell me...why didn't you stabalize your loose foot on the stable one in the last exercise?
