Rep. Woosley, Please understand that many employers continue to bend over backwards to assist employees. Legislating that standard, however, is not only intrusive, but will undoubtedly create inefficiencies and more cost. Also, I watched the entire hearing earlier today and wonder why the SHRM or Rep. Price are not represented in the videos here. I think thier stroy is also important for the American people to hear. BTW, many employers provide paid leave, but employees use it as vacation.
