I am sorry to say that if someone does not follow grammar rules when speaking English, that means they will no longer be able to be fluent in English, because, grammar is very essential when we speak. I am not a native speaker, but I am quite confident that I can speak some English without more grammar errors due to intense dedication, hard work and effort I put into learning grammar. Your speaking is easily understandable for people who know some English. I have been learning English at first in the school and for many years after that but I was never satisfied with my results.
