This is the most pathetic "deli style" sandwich I've ever seen, if anyone has ever been to Subway then they could make a better sandwich then this at home.

CNN mentioned alfalfa sprouts - so I wondered what they looked like - now I know

I toast bread / rolls by holding them over gas (since the cheese experiment with my electric toaster)

Gas is cheaper - but mainly faster - and the burnt bits add to the taste

It looks delicious! Have you ever had the Veggie sandwich from Jimmy John's? They use avocado and sprouts too- much cheaper to make your own at home :) Great video!

My mom puts alfafa sprouts on the bottem of cooked tofu with soy sauce. :D It's low cal and delish!

I had to pause this video at the beginning and make myself a sandwich before I watched this so I wasn't jealous and hungry the whole time :P That looked totally delicious. :) Alfalfa sprouts are the best, but if you want a cheaper alternative, clover sprouts are usually about a dollar cheaper. I don't really like them that much, but it's better than no sprouts at all. :D
