I have used a Cuisineart and they said to put the yeast dry. So far, I have baked 4 loaves. 1 with a combination of wholewheat and flour and the other just wholewheat. That is what the recipes states. I wonder if I set the yeast first if I will end up getting a bread looking like this. Anyone who has used a Cruisineart could respond to this or anyone who have a knowledge of these bread machines. The bread does not rise like this one. Thanks.
I wonder if I can make soft, healthy bread with just flour, water, and maybe eggs. Thinking about getting one of these machines since all bread nowadays has sugar in it (along with preservatives and a long list of ingredients) and the sugar-free variety is as hard as ... ... pretty hard.
