not much of a snowmobile rider but water is def more dense than some fresh pow, making it easier to ride on water...except for the whole sinking thing....this really is sweet though

haha this is wat my brother was talkin about srry dude my brother is ten years old and thinks that hes a genious because he got an atv i know but wat i think he meant to say was that the snowmobiles tracks helps it skip easier... actually its not even like skipping if you lean back on it and give it gas you can go 10 kilometers and still not sink its a sick feeling if anybody wants to try it its well worth the time to fix any problems for only skippin for like evn 5 minutes:P

we were skipping water in Wisconsin in the 70s

but not like this.. I love skipping with my 2002 600 XC... I can start with my skis in the water and just crack it wide open and skip till the tank is dry... if it stutters, it sinks

most of the video was a 02 ProX 440, but a 01 summit 800 and a Powder special both made runs that day... both ended up at the bottom of the lake, sorry we didnt get footage of the summit sinking, camera got turned off cause he almost drown.

you take can off and drain water out, take spark plugs out, pull cord until water is flushed out of cylinders... put everything back together and strt it up. you wanna do this as soon as you get it out of the water so it doesnt rust
