  • 1:14 bombs away !

  • Eclectus are strong flyers and need a substantial clip to keep them grounded. I watched my Female fly away and was lucky enough to find her 10 hours later and it's very wooded where I live so I feel lucky

  • my bros gf has an eclectus and i spend a fair bit of time with him (the eclectus parrot) and i beleive that they are a bird with an actual personality, much like dogs can have personalities, except my dogs are stupid, these birds are smart... jester (my bros gfs eclectus parrot) recently learned how to open his cage by himself from the inside... * facepalm * lol

  • that bird seems very comfortable with you.....it seems like you treat it well and with love and respect.....thank you for not being a douch bag.....that's sincere not sarcasm....

  • @jippedo Hey thanks, thats not my parrot, ive got a lil quaker, its really in love with me lol... I dont let anyone give it any shit food or drinks or smoke near him...

  • And btw, I did almost lose My Mojo once even though he was clipped. I was really lucky that he found his way back to me.

  • @lyndibug0560 I have a quaker, his videos are buried in my channel somewhere :p, he got away for a few hours while I was out of town but lucky my aunt saved him :D

  • Hahah Borris is beautiful. I have a male eclectus that's about 3 years old and he lets me do this too. What's with the sound track? lol

  • @lyndibug0560 Cool :) Yea the eclectus is my friend Mike's bird I think he is about 3 now :), he particularly wanted that soundtrack.

  • good sized bird

  • beautiful colored feathers

  • @Fancifulgoddessanime They look fluro hey! :) awesome parrot, apparently he is a little more stubborn now, he was only a baby there :)

  • he is awesome!!! i have a young female and would love some tips, could you have mike post some attached to this, i know it alot to ask but i'll send you clips of any tricks etc. thanks,

  • Hiya, I havent seen Mike in a few months hey :(... ill hit him up next time I see him tho.

I know his GF's father was in some parrot society here in Australia so he was from a good breeder and hand raised properly... Id say this had alot to do with how tame he is!

  • aww he is cute

  • beautiful little bastard man..hows borris doing?

  • thats so wierd. your bird is only 3 months with a full yellow beak. mines almost 2 years old and still has a bit left!

  • i want your bird

  • he's beautiful, my jaffa is this tame it's great isn't it. fab video although music was a bit much for me sorry lol.

  • Hehe yea sorry about the music - it was a special request from Mike :P

  • Hey thanks :) Mike is pretty damn lucky with Boris... Ive never seen a bird so tame before and willing to let you handle him so much.

  • He's obviously very smart for such a young bird. And beautiful! You'll really love him. Eclectus are such easy going friendly birds.

  • Hi Mike!

Your baby is beautiful! I see his wings are NOT clipped and he is outdoors. Please know that even a clipped bird can STILL fly!!! I hate to think about anyone losing their best friends in this way. :)
