  • plano cops are assholes...true story.

  • you should have check their permits for the the celebration

  • Every day another pig dies and its a better world.

What can you do for your country? Resist.

  • According to the police: our inalienable rights are at the mercy of a German shepherd's olfactories.

  • This harassment by the police was in Plano

  • Hey Sam (I believe that's your name), would you want to meet up sometime in a public area possibly in Plano? I was just harassed by a police officer for the non-crime of holding an energy drink in a white paper bag, he cussed me out and threatened to arrest me.

  • Hey that's fine, I love fat cops so they can't chase me, hehe.. Dude, you got into the department and filmed it, that's pretty damn cool. And no, they don't fingerprint sht. on a car theft.

  • @6irondriver worse than that i recently had over 6 thousand dollars worth of tools and various items stollen from my shed here in arizona and they did even file a complaint, to make it worse BOTH my nieghbors witnessed it, gave a discript of the suspect and the truck he was driving (wich had his name on the door as it was his company truck) and one of the nieghbors down the street caught his truck driving by with MY tools in the bed. they just said they couldnt prove those were my tools!

  • "I'm doin' whatever the judge tells me to do..."

"Are you sworn to uphold the constitution"

"I don't know if I am or not."

Sickening, regardless of what the guy said to him...

It will take many expensive suits hanging along Penn. Ave. to fix this mess if it can be fixed, and an extensive “Liberal” season whereby we force the amerikan communist insurgents out of the country or kill enough of them to restore Liberty.

Don’t understand? Follow my links. Read the quotes page first.

  • I feel sorry for you to hate the police so much...

  • well i can see you're not very popular with this video and i see why the other people are mad, but am i the only one who caught the police officer saying he didn't know if he was sworn to protect the constitution? OF COURSE HE HAS if he didn't he then wouldn't be a police officer but he doesn't even know WOW! i hope things played out better in the long run for you because no police in any city should be allowed to operate this way.

  • soon the sovereigns will stand and set the record straight. NO MILIYIA REQUIRED. These nasty shameless paid assassins for the attorney will be sorely sorry for their participation in the many crimes of the attorney foreign agent

  • youre an idiot. Stop trying to pretend you aren't

  • 1:53 lol Officer Beverley Leslie

  • I am flagging your video you obsessed idiot

I am even making a call to my friend who just so happens to be a captain at the department

  • If you dont like this country, why don't you leave!

go to Communist China or some sadistic Muslim country, you like that better

  • @IFWERBODY oooooooo scary

  • @IFWERBODY

    another mindless piece of shit...

  • You're obviously mad at the police. Truly, you need to get more things going on in your life if you have this kind of time. Maybe, a job, a hobby, go fishing, jump off a building. You're pissed b/c you told a cop someone took your mail and you saw them, but had no other evidence than your word. What's to stop someone from saying you stole their mail on only their word. I bet you'd be pretty pissed if they arrested you b/c someone simply said you did something... so pissed, you'd make a video.

  • Mad at the police? Jump off a building? No thanks.

And about the mail, yes it was only my word, a description of their car, the 2 men inside, and their license plate number.

Thanks for attempting to discredit me by saying I'm angry. Unfortunately, it's equally true as your other assumptions.

  • @obscuredtruth You discredit yourself asshole!

  • @obscuredtruth I would like to talk to some of you guys that have had dealings with the Plano P.D. I recently filed a $100 MILLION DOLLAR FEDERAL LAWSUIT against the Plano P.D. in the Eastern Distict. I have plans to promote my fight. I would like to compare stories and maybe figure out a way to share your footage. My email is rcfountain@live.com. Thanks.

  • @Theskeeter2 , you are so confused. I bet you are a homosexual.

  • @Theskeeter2 Could not agree more.

  • I'll tell you what I thank about the Plano Police Department's behavior. It is very good. They do a good job at what they do and they also do a great job at keeping scum bags like you in line.

  • lol 1:28 i liked tht cop a little didnt know he was like tht

  • warrent?

  • Whomever had this much time to go bother the police officers needs to find a hobby, get laid without paying for it, and move on to something better.

  • man you've got time on your hands. has a cop anytime in your silverspoon life ever NOT screwed with you. i mean before all these vids of course. it's possible, but you would'nt belive it, that they have and you don't know it. i really hope you have some type of way to defend yourself if you need it somewhere someday. no cop anywhere would help you.b i take that back, they're sworn to help you and they would. stay the fuck out of their way. move on to calories in big macs. you're a pest

  • oh WAAH! there are over 100k people livingin Plano and the majority of them have no problems with the police. if you poke the bear with a stick, you'll get mauled. everyone has the right to decline to be videotaped for the purpose of media, and most cities require permits to film in such a fashion as you have. you can't gripe about police "assaulting" you when you are obstructing from from doing their jobs, which you were. don't whine about them not doing a PT test, ill bet you don't either

  • free speech. they gave up right to privacy when they became public servants. further defending people that violate civil liberties is crap.

  • hahah i got arested in plano for "running" a stop THAT WASNOT THERE got relisted from Jail 20 min later

    WTF....

  • So many things that you said are so unreasonable and dumb

  • Fuck Plano. Their police department is really "nazied-up". Things have gone completely wrong over the last 30, 40, 50 years. "Things have progressed quite a bit". The cops there are complete swine... ....Excellent reporting, Sam!

  • suvs in plano are a good idea, surprisingly they get the same gas mileage as the regular police cars

  • This guy is nuts trying to accuse those officers of simple assault...

  • assault is any unwanted physical contact by one (or more) persons

  • Under the Texas Penal Code, that isn't the correct definition

  • grew up in plano, been in and outside the system with plano pd, very corrupt, ive paid that city so much fucking money

if you want to see a pure and justice enforcing police department, look south to richardson police, very respectable force

  • Dude, Richardson cop are dicks, they have a reputation for being dicks.

  • Nice Guerilla Journalism. Bravo Brother. Please keep up the great work for the betterment (If that's a word) of our sheepish mankind.

  • Did you know Plano Police Department is replacing their Crown Victorias with SUVs? Why? For more "equipment" (because we all know they have such a demanding job enforcing the law in Plano), oh and the small little thing they mentioned that it accommodates officers of "larger size". Plano Police have a runaway budget, and their apparent lack of understanding, training and physical standards puts the people they're "sworn to protect" at risk.

  • agreed, protection services are valuable, and I may have use for them one day. Unfortunately, police these days tend to protect themselves, their authority, and the state over me and my rights.

Other video, I agree, he did nothing wrong. It's about taking control when dealing with police.

Sir thanks for your threat of violence, but I find police threatening me with harm when I haven't hurt anyone far more than protecting me. (exactly as you have done above, "...beat the shit out of you..." )

  • YOU WOULD BEAT SOMONE FOR talking SHIT???

What a proud person you must be. Did dad not show you love?

POWER TRIPS ARE ABOUT TO COME TO AN END!!! THESE

PEOPLE WILL KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE FOR BIG BROTHER

TO BE LOOKING DOWN THIER THROATS!!!

PEOPLE ARE PISSED!!!!! COPS DO NOT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE true SYSTEM. PROMISE THYE WOULD THINK TWICE A WHOLE LOT MORE ABOUT THIER ACTIONS

  • @hunterar11

PLANO POLICE PUT THERE LIFE ON THE LINE???? GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK.

  • the American holocaust is in its preliminary years, its going to get much worse,

  • don't mess with Plano or the police get a life you set them up

  • Why don't they like camera's? Because they don't want everyone to know they are cops. So something bad happened to you. Something bad happens to them on a daily basis. Dealing with the lowest of the low. You have a right to do your line of work yes, but they also have the right on their privacy. I bet they'll have to save your life in order for you to see it in another light.

  • what about my privacy? they apparently dont give a damn...so why should we?

  • I can't stand the Plano Police Dept. They don't even know the laws they're supposed to enforce. If they think it's illegal, it's illegal. If you're not white, you're fucked.

  • I'm glad to see that neither of your complaints ended up going anywhere...

People like you make me sick bro...."you're too young for this".

  • Yes, you should celebrate an officer who destroys your courts credibility by acting as a personal thug for the guy in the black dress, while simultaneously spitting on your Constitution.

He should be rewarded as he was by keeping his position, assigning 2 extra backup armed BLGs, legal counseling, and legal advisers to help him ratchet up your police state. How proud you must be.

These videos inspired more people than I ever thought it would to action. They were extremely successful, thanks.

  • I find your videos quite inspirational in the fight for liberty. If I had horse sized balls I would attempt to follow in your footsteps. Unfortunately with the birth of my daughter I don't have the courage to do so. Afraid what the state may do to my family.

As for mburton54, you make me sick bro. If you want the state to control your life from cradle to grave fine, but leave me and the other freedom loving people out of your plans.

  • @mburton54

    another mindless piece of shit.

  • "are you supposed to uphold the constitution?"

"I don't know if I am or not." - cop

    god plano sucks.

  • hi i remember seeing you at a ron paul meetup at the state fair and thought you were the guy from that movie scream. then i was on google maps and i saw your video so here i am!

  • Hilarious, you hound and badger these people on truth and honesty but your videos are riddled with lies and deception. Either that or you truly have no understanding of what you preach.

  • Did you have a specific example, or did you simply wish to make generalizations?

  • @2:05 "are you going to file charges on him, or is he going to file charges on you?" >>> haha! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

  • I can't say I've had any pleasant experiences with the plano police department...

  • I don't get it....

  • [PART 1]

Well I guess I am wrong with the case of Plano Police admissions.  I am glad to hear that upper education is a prerequisite. This is not the case with departments near me. I wonder how many other departments will adopt a minimum of a Bachelor's degree?

With respect to Sam's findings, I guess it is safe to say, then, neither higher nor lower education affects the actions of Plano Police Department or Plano city government workers?

  • [PART 2]

One must ask why such hiring restrictions are in place if the end result of police actions are the same for lower and higher educated people.

Corruption within police agencies is very deeply rooted that extends from federal agency policies (controlled by Jews and Zionists at Capitol Hill and throughout the judicial system; another issue). Unfortunately the local agencies must honor them.

  • I think the sound is too low or not even throughout the video. Can you speak up please. I have a volume on max but cant hear much.

  • [Part 3]

You can only push people so far and once you have them cornered you leave them no options but to push back. Remember that.

  • [Part 2]

As far as I am concerned, this is a form of corruption. Why? Because you now have these street thug hooligans with friends and relative coworkers that they know they can trust and will cover up all of their illegal activities.

By the way, how many of you cops get a college education? I'm willing to bet not many. Go to college and exercise your minds. And you can also get a better paying job.

  • By the way, LitBolt94, the Plano Police Department requires a 4 year college degree to even test for a position. And many have Masters Degrees. As a matter of fact, more departments every year are requiring college education.

  • [Part 1]

Most of these cops all across America are so crooked it's pathetic and an embarrassment. And it starts at the top of the command.

Ever notice how they always seem to hire their family and friends? Cities local to me require citizens to pay for those civil service tests. The police departments always manage to bypass the best qualified applicant so they can hire family and friends.

  • Sam, why do you prohibit me from exercising my freedom of speech Your proganda continues like the Unabombers Manifesto, making no sense Please do not be so obscured with the TRUTHand my questions still standsif your camera is shoved up your azz will it show your inner soul? And was your dad a cop who didnt hug you enough? I suggest you continue looking for man love not a police stations, but at a nice gay bar. Your blue light friend.straight though good night jerkoff boy

  • Sam are you in jail in Plano?

  • Seems like most of sam's opposition here is people talking up violence.

  • Hey Sam, can I come to your workplace and film you while you do your job? I promise to be fair about how and what I post on YouTube.

  • I'm not a public official in performance of his public duties on public property paid for by the productive members of society.

However, if you would like to invite PTN for the ride along, they can film me all they want, and I'll wear a lav mic.

My next shoot is a dance related production with some of the Mavs dancers. If you promise to behave, I'll let you tag along.

  • For the third time, please answer this question: If you don't believe you have to obey the laws of the State of Texas, then why do you expect anyone else to?

  • I have answered it; Tell you what. Why you setup a ride along, give me a tour of the jail, all with my camera?

We can hash this discussion out, and both sides can gain greater understanding. I can turn that into a much longer story, and it will join my other videos at the top of Plano related searches.

You guys brave enough to do that? I've done this with another police department 3 months ago.

  • If you don't pay those tickets, you will be taking a tour of the Plano City Jail soon enough!

  • Yea, thought so. Just a violent gang ruling over the subjects. I give you opportunity after opportunity to explain yourselves, and you never fail to disappoint. How sad.

  • I'll ask again: If you don't believe you have to obey the laws of the State of Texas, then why do you expect anyone else to?

  • I believe in not harming others, and I espcet others not to harm me.

That includes police demanding my property be turned over to them when I have caused no harm.

Pretty simple concept. Very hard to understand fully. Have you read The Market for liberty? Click on my username, and look for a link on the left.

It's a great free audio book, that explains in detail why government is an unnecessary evil. Let's continue after you have listened. It's very enlightening.

  • I have listened to it. Though compelling, it doesn't give you the right or legal authority to simply refuse to comply with our current laws without suffering the consequences. Period.

  • I seriously doubt that. Tell me how did you gain the authority to initiate force upon me without my consent? Where's the agreement exactly? What's the nature of our relationship?

  • Sam, I'm not the cop who stopped you. I'm not a cop at all. But the police have the authority to stop and write you a ticket and to even arrest you. I have already cited the source of that authority below. Now for the FOURTH TIME: If you don't believe you have to obey the laws of the State of Texas, then why do you expect anyone else to?

  • Right, you won't tell me who you are, but it's safe to say your "friendly" with PlanoPD

Ok, since you claim to have read the Market for Liberty. Tell me the benefits of private competing arbitration services over government mandated courts?

I've answered your question, yet you ignore mine. Typical of bureaucrats. I fail to see where you pointed out how the state, outside of threats of physical violence, gains legitimate authority over me. Please point it out again.

  • You aren't a teacher and I'm not your student. I'm not taking your pop quiz. I'm no bureaucrat but you sir, are an anarchist and that's why you will not answer this question: If you don't believe you have to obey the laws of the State of Texas, then why do you expect anyone else to? I voted for Ron Paul and I'm about as pro-liberty as a guy can get but you are the kind of guy who makes us Libertarians look horrible. People like you are one of main impediments to our party's victory. Out!

  • Could it just be that your full of shit? That you didn't read the book? I'm a voluntarist, big difference.

I believe there should be a valid contract (question about gov. authority you have avoided answering). If I enter an explicit agreement, then yes, I should follow thoes rules.

But to say there's some magical process, that happens whereby I'm born into following all the rules, is just plain silly.

I've filmed, met, and talked to Dr. Paul and his family several times. Offer stands.

  • You need to get the Lysander Spooner crap out of your head. Your continued voluntary presence in this state makes you subject to the laws of the state. If you don't like it, it are free to leave at any time. However, even in New Hampshire, the cops stop people and give out speeding tickets. They also shoot people at times. Even if the Free State Project works (which it won't) there will still be cops with guns in New Hampshire writing speeding tickets. It's time you grew up or got out.

  • Little problem with that. I was BORN in this "State". So there it is, you believe I was born into bondage, and I am but a subject here to obey the whims of my master, the state. That I have no choice in the matter, because I don't own me, the "state" does!

To think, you guys actually laugh at me when I call you slave masters.

And NH, yes, an activist goes to court tomorrow for no driving papers. You can watch what happens at FreeKeene.

Would you have told the founding fathers to leave too?

  • Where did you get all those dollar amounts that flow across the screen when you show the specialized equipment? How do you know the Plano PD paid for all that stuff with funds provided by the federal government?

  • I got the numbers from a Federal Spending watchdog group. I'm not saying it all goes to police, as that was "special projects", there's also 8-9M that goes to housing every year. It's not broken out, but has the same effect of diluting the dollar and stealing the value from existing dollar holders.

I know it was stolen fed money because the Plano PD told me. It doesn't make for exciting footage, but I also have it on tape.

Good questions. Do you work for the City of Plano Victor?

  • I'm a private citizen who happened to be standing there when you were asking questions while wearing fake press credentials that made everyone think you were with the Plano Television Network (which is why the City Councilman asked if you were with PTN).

Why do you care where I work? Where do YOU work? What do YOU do for a living.

  • What makes my press credentials fake exactly? That I didn't beg the state for ones they say are real? It's as real as their badges, only I don't threaten those that disagree.

I think my camera made them think I was with PTN, my badge was not visible under my shirt.

See I understand how the perception of legitimacy works, just like you guys.

What I do is listed in my channel info. Your free to take a look. I'm a filmmaker, radio co-host, activist, member of the press.

  • Which shirt? The one you changed into or the one you were wearing when you first arrived? Your press credentials were absolutely visible and they made a lot of people, including me believe you were with the City of Plano.

  • What are you talking about? I didn't change into anything and I had the same shirt on all day.

Don't you think it's possible you saw the big camera, and assumed I was PTN, because after all who else would cover the propaganda? Most of the people I talk to are afraid to even sit at the trials you demand I attend. Is that how the public should perceive your police? With fear?

I'm happy to meet or talk further. City council has my number, and it would help your image to talk instead of ignore.

  • Sam wrote "Most of the people I talk to are afraid to even sit at the trials you demand I attend. Is that how the public should perceive your police? With fear?"

What kind of wimps are you hanging out with that are afraid to attend traffic court? Thousands of people take their tickets to court every day in the U.S. and plenty of them actually win. What do you think is going to happen in there that you should fear going into a courtroom?

  • I don't know, but I've gotten that response from over 20 people. Maybe they had the pleasure of receiving one of your "services". I don't know why they are afraid, but it doesn't change the fact that your company created it though it's actions.

Talk about a wimp. Why is your judge so afraid of one man with a camera? The courts are designed for the people right? What does he have to hide?

  • Sam asks, "Talk about a wimp. Why is your judge so afraid of one man with a camera? "

Probably because he doesn't know if you are a nutcase or not and because a fake member of the media would have no compunction about editing or mischaracterizing footage to serve his own ends. Kinda like when YOU took a simple nose scratch and tried to make it out to be some sign of deception. Would you like me to film you at your job with the knowledge that I was going to heavily edit the video and post it?

  • You know it's too bad the city council didn't, and still hasn't responded to my complaint.

This all could have been avoided, had they taken me seriously. Unfortunately my videos will start coming up in most searches related to plano gov.

As strange as it may seem, they don't draw the same conclusions as the bureaucrats about your city's behavior.

But keep looking through your rose colored glasses where gov. does no harm, doesn't throw people out of their houses or otherwise harm them.

  • Sam wrote: "But keep looking through your rose colored glasses where gov. does no harm, doesn't throw people out of their houses or otherwise harm them."

You are assuming again, I know that government, like fire, is a dangerous servant and a fearful master. There are real abuses being perpetrated out there, mostly by the federal bureaucracy. Let's get something straight here, you got a legit speeding ticket and were treated fairly. Jefferson and Washington would laugh at you.

  • You were doing great up to there. You obviously don't know the founding fathers very well. They would find the government "owning" the roads outrageous. Driving licenses? Gun restrictions? Hot Water heater license? Fence license? All backed up by your police. To say that is absurd.

SWAT teams? Yea no problem there, they didn't just fight off well armed British troops.

The average laborer was paying the equivalent of $40 (adjusted) in taxes annually to king George.

  • why should a nonexistant idea take you seriously sam?

  • Aaron, a idea can't DO anything. It wasn't an idea that forsed me to be there, it's these people with guns making threats, who claim to be acting as government or "the state"

    One day you'll get it. . .

  • You're not forced to pay sam's salary, so why do you care so much about what he does? He on the other hand is forced to pay the salaries of all your bureaucrat buddies and their heavy weapons.

  • This is the worst thing you can find to complain about. Lucky You.

  • Sam, I have a couple of questions that you might be able to help me with:

    1) I have searched the Texas Constitution for a Second Amendment and cannot find it. Can you please cite or provide a source for it?

    2) In Part 2/2, you refer to the SWAT guys' "bonds." Do police officers have to put up some kind of bond before they can hit the street? If so, where is this law? I'd love to find that one.

  • The Texas Constitution; Article 1; Section 2

All political power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their benefit. The faith of the people of Texas stands pledged to the preservation of a republican form of government, and, subject to this limitation only, they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient.

  • Yeah, that's Article 1, Section 2., not the "second amendment" that you told those police officers authorized you to take a camera into the courtroom. I certainly have no disagreement with Article 1, Section 2 of the Texas constitution and would fight to preserve it. I still don't see how it means that you have an inalienable right to take a camera into a courtroom. More to the point, if you don't believe you have to obey the laws of the State of Texas, then why do you expect anyone else to?

  • I'm abolishing the courts, and told them that. The camera is the expedient method I choose. They don't want people seeing the fraud, and that's why the judge ignored the motion. (of course PTN was allowed in, so he's discriminating against the free press, by letting the state's media in, but not private media.

This is where you get the opportunity to expand your understanding of government. There are some books in my page desc. Check out No Treason: The Constitution of no authority.

  • You missed one of the big points.

Their laws say there has to be a victim. Look up conduct of a peace officer in criminal code. The courts say this too. Yet judge met these questions with hostility and refused to answer. Did you watch my other videos?

I'm asking them to uphold their sworn oath. If I haven't caused loss harm or injury, the state has no business with me.

  • You just flat do not know what you are talking about. Why don't you cite the code/law that you are referring to? In offenses such as speeding tickets the locality is listed as the victim? When our Founding Fathers put down Shay's Rebellion, they did the same thing! When Washington and Hamilton acted to destroy the Whiskey Rebellion, there had been no articulable loss, injury, or harm in the sense that you mean either. Our Founding Fathers would laugh at you. This is all about a speeding ticket!

  • Because he hides behind the statements "I dont consent", "I never agreed to but you took an oath". KC, this dude simply uses/twists the law to serve himself and when it backfires and places him in somekind of jeopardy...albeit minimal (small fines mostly) he blathers on about violations of his basic human rights...Sam acts like he's repressed..when folks with half a brain can see he's simply a deluded crybaby...watch his other videos for a good laugh.

  • 1)So an Article not an amendment, good point, I'll correct that going forward.

2)What I understand is that public officials were to take out bonds, and should they violate their oath, their bond could be seized. (another check on gov.) Of course government policing it's self is a miserable failure, and I doubt they still do it, but they do have insurance that goes up. Maybe a viewer can shed more light?

Either way, I'm sure Rick will be getting back to me with an answer any day now. . .

  • Sam, if the camera is shoved up your ass, will it show your inner soul? Let freedom of speech ring true, dont delete this unless your a coward who hides behind a camera. BlueLightBanditSS

  • Don't worry, I won't delete your post. I understand your a special case, given they don't let people with high test scores become cops.

You obviously can't defend your violent aggressive position against logic and reason. The only thing left to you is to act like the thuggish school yard bully, a product of your government run schools.

All that's left from your limited perspective is personal attacks.

I feel sorry for Robert and his buddies.

  • Great video. Keep up the good work!

  • Regarding the broken windows, were those fingerprints identifiable? You can't tell with the naked eye, and the prints usually belong to the owner of the car, unfortunately. Also, DNA evidence is not going to be collected for a minor crime like that b/c DNA analysis can cost several hundreds and even thousands of dollars. If every crime like this involved DNA analysis at a lab, the budget would be long ago exhausted when major robberies, murders, etc occur. It is just the way it is.

  • They had 12 cars to attempt to lift a print, and they didn't try once. Meanwhile on the tour, in the crime lab they bragged about how easy it is check fingerprints.

They didn't even investigate, they did the minimum, filled out paperwork, and left.

See there's no incentive to solve real crimes, when tickets generate revenue, and drugs let them take cash and cars, not to mention kicking in doors, shooting people's dogs and "cracking heads", with all the neat weapons and stuff.

  • Sam wrote: "See there's no incentive to solve real crimes, when tickets generate revenue, and drugs let them take cash and cars, not to mention kicking in doors, shooting people's dogs and "cracking heads", with all the neat weapons and stuff."

Is this going on in Plano? If so, where and when is it happening? Isn't it true that the Plano PD has assigned Detectives to specifically deal with the problem of burglaries of motor vehicles? What "real crimes" is Plano PD ignoring? Cite please!

  • The swat guy I interviewed, before he knew who I was, admitted the need, on tape, to shoot dogs.

My car was broken into a 3rd time 3wks ago, and over $100 was taken. I didn't even bother calling.

Isn't it true that your courts have said there is no obligation to protect citizens? That police are not responsible, and don't even have to show up when called?

That's great, you know with a private company if they breech the contract I can seek remedy. Not with you guys, because your so great!

  • Sam wrote: "The swat guy I interviewed, before he knew who I was, admitted the need, on tape, to shoot dogs."

He was very specific about the extremely limited circumstances when that is done and he did an excellent job of handling your questions. What's your point here? How does your statement here validate anything you are espousing?

  • I can't wait for part 2 and your next action on city council as I am sure they chose to ignore you. Don't hire a lawyer and go in Sui Juris. I hope you have cops and judges names and file affidavits on failing to uphold their duties to their sworn oaths. That would be a great finale before you take on NH. You can also put legal notices charging the cops and the judge to dismiss their duties in the Plano/Dallas papers stating your charges. That would open some eyes to city council.

  • NWA summed it up and now you are backing it up.

F the police! Nice work, keep up exposing there fraud.

  • where is part 2 ????????????????

  • nicely done. What on earth do they need all that high tech EXPENSIVE crap for?

  • That's exactly it, they don't "need" any of this. Government monopolies are isolated from market signals like the need to make a profit, competition, innovation, and the need to provide a service people are willing to voluntarily pay for.

So they get this "free" money from their federal government, and spend it on crap used to further militarize the police and swat teams.

  • What balls did it take..this fool lives for confrontation with the police over the most trivial crap imaginable.

  • That comment really says it all. So you consider taking an oath to uphold something, trivial crap?

Sorry, I don't take swearing my word of honor, pledging my integrity to gain the trust of others to be "trivial crap".

Obviously Police don't think see their honor and integrity in the same light. It's just words on paper to them, right NDAaron?

  • I didnt say anthing about oath taking. I'm saying you intentionaly antagonize public officials for NO GOOD REASON, without any foundation over trival, and lawful, determinations (eg no cameras in the court) then you jump around making the little "Im being repressed" dance.

  • Because you want to twist the meaning of anything that you find remotely in contrast to your own twisted view does not make the Officer's actions here in violation to thier oath, or the law (contstitiutional, statutory, or judically based), or your rights. It just added fuel to your crybaby rants.

  • Lets see:

All political power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their benefit. . .stands pledged to the preservation of a republican form of government. . .this limitation only, they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient.

A camera to expose fraudulent courts wouldn't qualify as the manner I think expedient?

  • POLITICAL power is inherent to the PEOPLE not an individual nut with an axe to grind. How do you think the people invoke thier polictical power in a republic? Through elected representation. Ive said before if an individual disagrees with a particular act of government that doensnt make it illegal or invalid. Inherent political powers of the people does not mean each person has personal veto authority and get to pick up their ball and go home because they dont like a particular ruling.

  • Ah, now I see, you have a flawed understanding of basic human rights.

Have you seen the youtube video, Philosophy of Liberty? It's in my favorites page.

Can I legitimately demand money from you to pay for my program to help the community?

What if I bring 5 frineds along?

What about 535 friends and we write words on 4 pieces of paper?

Does that make violating your rights and demanding your property okay?

What about consent? Are the people subjects of the government? (subject to their laws?)

  • We've already been down this road. Your dislike of a particular act of government doesnt make you a victim of that government, especailly in a republic. Suddenly declaring yourself a nonconsenter doesnt invalidate the validity of the action. Think not? Again I invite you to take a look at the Whiskey Rebelion. If that doenst do it take a trip to the Confederate States of America...oh wait they lost and dont exist...

  • Not a particular act Aaron. There are several laws I personally agree with. It's the method government chooses to adopt I find morally objectionable and will not support.

Government is founded upon the violation of human rights.

Of course your statements show ignorance on the subject, and to date you have chosen righteous over reason. Hopefully one day that will change.

  • How does violence create legitimacy?

And BTW the farmers won the whiskey rebellion. That tax was removes in the first year of Jefferson's presidency.

  • Right the LAWFUL repeal of the law is what invalidated it. Not armed insurection.

  • Do you think that tax collectors being tarred, feather and sent out of the small mountain towns on a rail had anything to do with it?

The farmers acted in accordance with natural law (the only law with any legitimacy) to defend their life and liberty, against those who would deny it.

Read Lysander Spooner's No Treason, it deals with how consent on not just the majority, but of each individual as necessary to justify government action.

  • And you didn't answer my question.

How does the successful use of violence in any way, dictate which government actions and claims to power are legitimate?

The fact a rapist forces a victim to marry him in no way justifies his actions.

Claims of legitimacy must come from accordance to moral law, and from no other source.

  • Ah, so you don't believe in the legitimacy of the US government? You think we are still under the british then?

The American Revolution was an armed rebellion, making any changes in power or law invalid right?

How was it 550 people (< 17% of the population, when 30% were loyalists who wanted british rule to continue), gain the authority to choose the type of government for the other 1.2M people in the colonies?

  • So many insults from you Aaron, but no legal or philososphical arguements. Rather calling Sam a "fool" or "crybaby", or some other derogatory name why not express reason? Cameras in court seem to be prudent and good for all parties if its a truly open process. I for one am completely for cameras in police cruisers, and I think should also be attached to a police officer himself in the interest of justice for both the officer and the public he serves. So why not a court room?

  • Im not objectionable to cameras in a court room provided they arent used in a manner that interferes with the proceeding. Many courts in this country already video record their proceedings. But Im not the judge in Plano Texas. His/her word in court is law, and I can understand a ruling that prohibits their use by nuts like Sam since they will just be chopped and misconstrued to invoke sympathy from his mindless minions. If I were the judge I'd still alow it however, provided the court record

  • was still available. If it's not a court of record then sorry bub there's no reason to have it, as rulings from courts without record are appealable for trials de novo into a court of record. While I wouldnt rule against it doenst mean the judge was acting outside the scope of his authority/discretion.

  • If the court has nothing to hide, then what's wrong with an inanimate object sitting on the table in either case?

If the courts and government are for the people/by the people, what possible objection could they have?

Why do you suppose he ignored the motion I filed to bring in a camera? Then ordered his personal armed guards to bar me from "his" (the people's) court?

  • I dont find anything wrong with you bringing in a camera...but this judge did and thats that..start the revolution!

  • Aaron, I'm so proud! Your finally beginning to understand. Yes, I'm abolishing the courts. Doing so would let private arbitration take over, and police wouldn't get away with this crap.

It would also end "sovereign immunity" for bureaucrats, which lets them abuse and victimize people with immunity. Doing so would be a huge step towards liberty.

I don't want to Revolve back around to another gov. I want to evolve, past the need for government to self rule, because I know what's best for me.

  • Yeah, you should REALLLLY believe that Im advocating revolution. Dumbass

  • I wonder at your comment of the judge's word being "law"...if that is the case why even have a jury trial? Also, what bearing does court record have on the use of a camera during the proceedings...I don't follow you there.

  • Thats easy, a jury is the trier of fact in a trial..THATS IT meaning its up to them to determine crediblity of witnesses and weight of evidence. The judge makes all determinations on admissablity of ANY evidence. No jury makes any determination on suppresion hearings, or testimonial objections. Simply put the judge rules on the law, the jury on the facts of the case. Further, and I dont personally agree with this, a judge can outright overrule a jury's verdict and vactate it at will.

  • Theres nothing really complex about my thought on a court of record. If it isnt one then ANY guilty verdict is completely moot if the defendant wants a new trial in a court of record regardless of what shows up on a recording. So if the judge doesnt want it there thats his perogative. Again I, personally dont think his bringing a camera into the court would have mattered but again its at the sole discretion of the judge.

  • I'm not sure I follow what you just wrote, but the Texas bar published an interesting commentary on the use of cameras in court:

    texasbardotcom/Template.cfm?Section=texas_bar_journal1&Template=/ContentManagement/ContentDisplay.cfm&ContentID=9159

I'm sure you know what to change to get to it. As to whether it's the sole discretion of the judge, the 1st Amendment of the Constitution and the 1st Article, Section 10 of the Texas constitution say otherwise.

  • Interesting piece, but in no way binding upon any court in Texas. It was simply an opinion from one person of an organazation that has no authority over the courts. Granted the argements were compeling. I have also sated all along that I didnt find Sam's desire to bring a camera in objectionable...but the court did. If there is eventually case law or statutory law passed permitting/requiring this fine. Until then the decision still rests with the bench.

  • I never said the piece was binding...but certainly both the Texas and US constitution are. Simply put, the "case law" is both constitutions...lol

  • Not true. Case law is determined from the bench and has the effect of law after all avenues of appeal are exhausted. The courts did not create the constitutions of either the US or the State of Texas. Further the lawyer writing the piece cited the sections of the constitutions to support his arguement, that doesnt make it so. Not all speech is protected by any constitution. Nor all actions of the press. He/you may be right, but until it's codified or granted judicial notice it aint legally shit!

  • I was being facetious in my use of "case law"...The courts themselves derive their construed power from those very documents and are naturally limited by the written "laws" within them. The case for Sam's allowance of a camera in court would be an easy one to make. The point of all speech not being covered by the constitution is not germane in this instance. I'll post why in the next paragraph. I laugh at the thought of the 1st amendment not being "codified" though.

  • I was making my argument generally speaking about the first ammendment. You are right the speech reference wasnt germane any more than a religious establishment argument would have been. I wasnt arguing to codify an already existing right. I was getting at the presence/allowance of cameras in the courtroom specifically could be codified...OR a COURT not a state bar writing lawyer could take notice of the presence of cameras being within the first ammendment. Either way glad to make you giggle.

  • Yea, and what happens when the judge refuses to accept case law as he did in his case against me?

He told me that sections of the constitution related to the purview of government don't apply in this complaint brought by men action on behalf of government. Your courts are a fraud.

  • Your citing contitutional sections are not case law. In order for you to cite case law you need a specific oh whats the word...CASE.

  • You seem to be getting a little upset here. Is it because done in mass this would overwhelm your system?

I misspoke, it's not case law, but Judicial notice I was pointing out to him. Of course there was case law too, but he ignored that as well.

I notice your not arguing the merits of my points, but only nit picking formalities of the procedure. How many cases do you think the state wins because of your absurdly unnecessarily complex system? Is that what you call justice?

  • I nitpick not...Im simply pointing out, that while you know a few of the big words associated with the legal system, the legal genius you claim to be can be disproven by yet another layperson. Further your choice of offenses which you chose to violate, so you can jump up and down screaming about the inhuman rights violations you "suffer", just show you to be a NOTHING in a world of true civil rights crusaders. You are an insult to those who have truely stood in the face of repression.

  • History will be the judge won't it?

  • Then you have the appeals process, but that would assign crediblity to the system that you dont consent to. So its far easier to declare yourself the victim, sing your little repression song and hope more mindless minions will fall into step thinkning "its got a good beat and you can dance to it"

  • Tisk Tisk, I have no appeal process, as, it's your process and the others who believe in it. It's what they demand I waste my time and money on fighting within the gov. system, under gov. rules, against a gov. prosecutor (I'm forced to pay for his time though), with a gov. judge.

Gee, how about an independent process with no conflict of interest? Too much to ask? I know, not fair, gov. wouldn't get away with this crap in an independent process with rules set by the marketplace. Would they?
