Silly review. There are, and have always been, three ways to drive in this game. Too bad that the game, with the last update, is horribly broken. They actually ruined the cotnrol by setting sensitivity way too high with the last update.

great review but there are three different ways to drive. You can use the accelerometer, drag with ur finger, or turn a steering wheel....the option is in the top left corner

I liked Fastlane Street Racing More. It gives you acceleration pedal too, it does use the accelerometer for turning but it works good. You can drift also.

use the top left button on the screen in the game to change from tapping ,accelerometer and also mini wheel, plus the accelerometer is really annoying because if you want to turn sharply the screen flips on you.

...but there IS accelerometer-based control. it's one of the 3 control schemes (touch, acceleromter, or steering wheel). also, you don't "start over" when you crash, just resume from the point of crashing at 0 mph/kph.
