They counted them as part of Russia. If you pause at 0:43 you will see that Lithuania, Estonia, Belarus, Ukraine and Latvia are part of Russia. I guess they did that cause they didn't fit in the song or the creators just didn't consider them independent countries at the time. IDK.

There are at least 8 nations not listed that were around when this was made.
