  • I'm only 15 but I'm doing a pageant soon and I have a problem with the under arm flab... all I have are 5 pound weights... would those work?

  • These are really helpful, two days and my arms are already tighter. It's too bad we don't get you as a prize for doing the reps though, that would be a sweet deal.

  • Awesome vid! Thanks for the tip about 20-30 reps using low weight. I agree that bulky steroid-takin' female weightlifters are a little scary. Well, actually so are the steroid-takin' guys! Yuck! Just my opinion, no offense intended. To each his/her own.

  • okay, so how much wait is to much? my problem is i love working out but i hate light weight....my bf said i was gonna end up looking like th e HULK if i did heavy wight...tell me what is considered light weight and what is light weight for the legs...i was leg pressing 180 lbs like it was nothing...is that to much? thx kandis

  • @zebraluva33 haha yea no more grandma arms. You should do this workout every other day or every 2 days. Not everyday. Give your arms time to rest
