You may have noticed this by now, but by some freak coincidence we chose the same band name as you, except several years later, and we added the word THE. Hope you don't mind, we didn't know about this until nowish.

@TheNickLeez Woah, no we don't mind at all, we're not really a band anymore anyway plus you're in the US anyway. I'm actually surprised at how you are also drummer, bassplayer and guitarist/singer. We were too, and out guitarist has pretty much exactly the same Fender amp. And the drummer has a similar drum-kit too :P

Thanks Phil, there's a guy on youtube who documented building his own 13 string bass guitar. That's the biggest I've ever come across (and so has the person in question).

I'd say that instrument is almost worthy the name "harp" though :P 13 strings...

the bassist for Korn had a 15 string bass made for him. It's merely a 5 string but with 2 octave strings for each normal string thus 15. Going by ERB standards I don't think that counts though.

Thanks, its a custom build 6-string fretless, so it doesn't really have a brand. Its build by a small shop with 3 employees that do an amazing job at making basses and guitars.

I guess I can say the bass is unique, hm, I like the sound of that :P

Nice song. I think you can kick it up a notch by adding more bass lines. After the cool vocal/bridge section, for example, the bass should maybe follow the vocal melody note for note more.

Thanks, I have one of those ultra-flexible tripods that I mounted on the head and where the strap is attached and such.

The ending photo is from a photo shoot we did ourselves in the garden of the drummer. He set the timer, jumped into the tree and fell out of it (hence his legs and our laughter)
