@BILLYBILLY809 no glue, no tricks. simple exposure to certain resonating waves. by achieving a certain frequency (differs per type of material), you can influence the relative position of the atoms out of which it is built. when mimicing that frequency and lowering it, you drive the atoms apart, which makes the material less solid. do this far enough and you make a solid item liquid.
if you alter the frequncy the other way round; drive the atoms nearer to echother, you create a magnetic field

I don't think the mechanism is always the same but regarding you question here's an answer: your rotation axis is along the camera hence the object feels a centrifugal force that keeps it againt the surface which is fixed to the camera.

My main doubt about these experiments being anything fundamentally revolutionary or new is not "they've not been published in peer-reviewed journals", but rather that any experiment that will demonstrate deeper particle and wave physics will necessarily have to be much deeper and complicated than before. It WILL require a TON of deep math & the work of THOUSANDS of scientists & engineers. It won't be possible just to do in one's home basement by a lone scientist, no matter now knowledgeable.
This could be the upside-down camera trick, or the hidden fan trick, or a really powerful magnet. Hutchinson could be deliberately trying to hoax, or (most likely) sincerely doing his best but does not have the luxury of limitless money to do double-blind experiments.

You freeze some water in a cup - completely, and it'll stay in the cup for a couple of minutes until the outer layer melts and the ice slides out, giving you time to attach it to the table.
The alternative would be to freeze it with fishing line inside. Then, yank it up.
It's actually obvious when you think about it - if it WASN'T ice the block would not retain it's shape after leaving the cup.

An electromagnet above the roof is turned on and the frozen water is placed inside the glass, and will therefore stay. When the electromagnet is turned off, the water will fall. An upside down camera makes it look like it's travelling up. I really don't know why people idolise Hutchison. He's been proven a fake.

The Hutchinson effect is real and has been around for a while. No one has an explanation for it, no scientist and specially Mr. Hutchison. There is no scientific law relating electromagnetic fields and gravity or inertia. Whoever figures that out will get the Nobel price. It's like sound made by the bullwhip. @BILLYBILLY809 no glue, no tricks. simple exposure to certain resonating waves. by achieving a certain frequency (differs per type of material), you can influence the relative position of the atoms out of which it is built. when mimicing that frequency and lowering it, you drive the atoms apart, which makes the material less solid. do this far enough and you make a solid item liquid.
if you alter the frequncy the other way round; drive the atoms nearer to echother, you create a magnetic field

I don't think the mechanism is always the same but regarding you question here's an answer: your rotation axis is along the camera hence the object feels a centrifugal force that keeps it againt the surface which is fixed to the camera.

I figure the box is upside down already, as is the camera. the objects have magnets on the bottom of them and are "stuck" upside down. My main doubt about these experiments being anything fundamentally revolutionary or new is not "they've not been published in peer-reviewed journals", but rather that any experiment that will demonstrate deeper particle and wave physics will necessarily have to be much deeper and complicated than before. It WILL require a TON of deep math & the work of THOUSANDS of scientists & engineers. It won't be possible just to do in one's home basement by a lone scientist, no matter now knowledgeable.

This could be the upside-down camera trick, or the hidden fan trick, or a really powerful magnet. Hutchinson could be deliberately trying to hoax, or (most likely) sincerely doing his best but does not have the luxury of limitless money to do double-blind experiments.
I do NOT believe this video shows any major advanced scientific principle. However, I don't see how believing otherwise implies anything about "conspiracy theories".

It's ice, not water. The table is upside down and the cup attached to the table.
You freeze some water in a cup - completely, and it'll stay in the cup for a couple of minutes until the outer layer melts and the ice slides out, giving you time to attach it to the table.
The alternative would be to freeze it with fishing line inside. Then, yank it up.
It's actually obvious when you think about it - if it WASN'T ice the block would not retain it's shape after leaving the cup.

@EnterprisingWisemen The glass was stuck ( e.g. glued) upside down to the roof (or something acting as a roof). The water has been frozen with a a piece of magnetic metal at the bottom. An electromagnet above the roof is turned on and the frozen water is placed inside the glass, and will therefore stay. When the electromagnet is turned off, the water will fall. An upside down camera makes it look like it's travelling up. I really don't know why people idolise Hutchison. He's been proven a fake.

If it doesn't..then lets look at the science behind it.
He can't replicate the effect..neither can Scientist. An experiment HAS to be able to be replicated by others, for it to have any merit.

The Hutchinson effect is real and has been around for a while. No one has an explanation for it, no scientist and specially Mr. Hutchison. There is no scientific law relating electromagnetic fields and gravity or inertia. Whoever figures that out will get the Nobel price. It's like sound made by the bullwhip. Mr. Hutchinson got his equipment confiscated in 1989 by the Canadian governement. His never claimed to know what caused those effects to happen. If true, I know the information would be classified due to the military applications. So, he either stumbled accross a real effect to which he has no explanation or he created a hoax so elaborate that no one has reproduced. If there is a relationship between EM and gravity then it's going to be well hidden b/c we would have found it already.

At an earlier point in our scientific development all these effects had "stage fright". I have done some of the same effects by mounting a video camera upside down. You just build a small work area and secure all props to the ceiling of the scene so that everything will look correct in the camera (since it will be mounted upside down). Magnets can also be used to create many unusual effects.

I know that trials should have been more closely monitored and that he should have conducted his experiment under more guarded circumstances, but there is no denying that the man was on to something revolutionary. well, the fact of the matter is he did do a demonstration, it doesn't matter than it was bad quality, the simple fact is, that it was performed, so there you go, what if he produced a video that was in 1600p resolution? I bet you would still not believe it then, because of your lack of knowledge. YOU & ME are made of molecules, and so is Steel...just because one is denser than the other, does not mean that you can't fuse them. Here's an example...

Say if you just made a bowl of popcorn, and all the small kernels are on the top, and you don't want them to be on top, you want them on the bottom. You want to rearrange the composite structure, by use of high frequency, so you place the bowl, carefully, onto a special device, which resonates at a rate of 500 Hz, sure enough, with just using a sound frequency, the smaller popcorn kernels can travel through the denser popped corn.. This can happen at a molecular level as well.....

i know you can make crazy demonstration with sound waves ,alternating current and electromagnet but is demos are just not plausible and cannot be replicated. Are you talking about the supposed early 1980s demo for high ranked military officials ? right............

you mean " how was it?" no i never went to MIT but basic high school or entry level college science class is enough to know this is fake.
I studied electromecanics ( aka electrotechnic ) and i can assure you its fake and obvious in SO many ways. Now if you want to believe this " sectarian guru " you just go ahead. Im done dealing with your type.
