Don't listen to that stupid Valedummo92, you have a very beautiful tone it is very nice and you have good ferbrado which is very impressive for only a SOPHMOORE in HIGH SCHOOL!!!! Some singers don't even get as far as you've gotten before they're like 40!
Emily! You did wonderful! I am a freshman in high school and am now practicing this very song for district music competition, I only hope that I can sound as good as you did! Keep up the good work!
I sang this song when I was in high school and I remember how difficult it was (it was one of the most difficult foreign language pieces I learned in the six years I was in choir). I think you did a good job. Keep up the hard work! :)
hey Valedummo92, SHE IS A SOPHMORE IN HIGH SCHOOL YOU SQUARE!! Opera takes YEARS of practice and hard work. Most sophmores can't sing opera. I am a music major, I love opera and sing it constantly. However, I couldn't sing it well as a sophmore in high school. Before you open your big mouth check yourself before you wreck yourself. Emily Cahill, don't listen to an amature like Valedummo92 who probably can't even sing a simple english aria. You have a nice voice :] Pracite is the key! Good Luck!

Sorry but you can't sing opera...you don't have the voice, the feelings, nothing...maybe you can learn pop music but opera is something different. High notes are terrible. You can't hold them.
Before you people criticise I think you should remember that this isnt a professional singer just someone who has had the bravery to put her video on youtube. I think she´s doing very well.
This is lovely! Emily, my advice is to take these well-meaning you-tube instructors with a grain of salt. Listen to your teacher and do exactly as he/she tells you, always. I would love to hear you again in a year or two as your lovely instrument grows and matures.
In case you didn't know. She is singing the version from 26 Italian Medium High. The ornaments are from that addition as well althought there is some intonation trouble at the repeat.
lovely job! try putting a little more emphasis into the meaning of the song... let the emotions flow and the audience will better understand the song, even if they dont speak italian. singing is a universal language if you put your heart into it. bravo! ,<3
im not trying to be prude im a fourth year voice major on education
try opening up your nasal cavity along with your throat and you will get amazing resonance!!! when you do it for the first time it will make you light headed and it will feel like your brain is vibrating in your head from it.....its perfectly normal.....i passedout the first time i did it right in lessons....
also where is your hight range??? your sqeezing them out.....trying singing above the notes instead of at them
Beautiful! You seem a bit shy, but don't be! You have a gorgeous voice! I hope you've gained confidence since this. I'm using you as inspiration! Wish me luck? I'm singing the song for competition!
Very Nice!!! I was a member of the Cleveland Orchestra Children's Chorus for 3 years and it was a blast! Now that I'm a freshman I'm thinking about trying out for the Youth Chorus. Very nice! You're very talented!!
