Frank has always been a good guy to Nat and Liv when he got over the shock of his rejection and their affection. So he fell in love with Natalia and lost. Not his fault. He has tried to be very understanding of the whole Otalia thing in the final analysis so cut him some slack. Blake seems to appreciate him and they might be a good for one another.
