@deleonjoker60251 If you don't put it on the female Raichu/Pikachu, both will bread but the Pichu won't have volt tackel

you can just capture the pokemon, but its longer.

....or since this is emerald, you can just go to meteor falls and catch a bagon. someone in pacifidalog town will trade a horsea for a bagon. most likely, the bagon will have a dragon scale, as well.

well, i guess you'll still need a trade partner, but it'll get boosted exp gain :)

@aahgr I never played the game, but if the move "Thief" is learnable, I guess it is possible, you just need use it on an other horsea (or dragon type). If you dont have the move thief, just capture as many dragon types as you can and you will have a dragon scale sometime....
