Amit & Digital were definately pioneers in the whole dub-heavy dnb sound but dubs influence on dance music can be heard in the earliest of house and hardcore productions.
there's very few modern dubstep producers who create something even remotely dubwise imo.
as pretentious a comment that is, i stand by it.
there's nothing dub about the productions of people like 16bit. no space in the mix and nothing minimal in its aesthetic.

i know dubstep, thank you! amit's "never ending lp" is pretty much exclusively dubstep, but this track is different from dubstep. it's actually halfstep dnb, second cut dnb, whatever you want to call it. much more aggressive and uptempo.
Amit is a master crafts man indeed! and this tune is fucking dark man !! probably his d&b pinnacle to date..... well its defo my favorite that he has produced, and i do luv most of what hes done, its just the power of this tune is so imense! the melody n vibe is so infectious it wraps its self around your brain and body and takes you on an intense ride !! fucking great in the mix as well ! sick man... sick.

I think AMIT may have unwittingly gave birth to Dub-Step!!! This shit sounds like an embryonic Dub-Step tune, but still very junglistic!!!
