I don't think Liz stride was a Ripper Victim. What Schwartz saw that night was Stride being killed, but it was not the Ripper. Would you kill someone knowing you could be caught?
@handsomedude1 I disagree. Annie Chapman was killed in DAYLIGHT in the backyard of a house overlooked by about 50 windows at a time some people were rising for work. He didn't give a hoot who saw him when he was in his frenzy. However, we both have to agree that both our opinions are subjective. We simply do not know.
@rttoronto Even though some lab tests have concluded the ink contains diomene, which wasn't in use until after WW2, it's not in his handwriting and Michael Barrett admitted it was a hoax in 1994?
@GuildfordGhost From my understanding the testing is inconclusive and the admission is full of holes. The most convincing thing about the diary for me is the "voice" it's written in, extremely authentic. What I least like about the diary is that it contained missing pages, I find that more troubling than the admission or any testing. Still, Maybrick remains my pick when all is said and done.
@rttoronto The admission is only full of holes because there's three different versions of its discovery in the first place. To claim it's not in his handwriting because he was doing it in a schizophrenic mist is stretching suspension of disbelief even in fiction. In regards to the missing pages, it's yet to be published but a finding has been made by a prominant Ripper author I know to show that someone connected to it was looking for blank Victorian journals shortly before it appeared.
@rttoronto Not at all. Thanks for remaining civil on a site deluged by trolls! I've got tons of Ripper-related items on my channel as it's my job (talking about it rather than doing it, you understand).
@1Historygenius Watch part 2! It'll all make sense. It's a great documentary. Part 1 makes it look like the same old rehash... but part 2 demolishes it all.
Thanks for the ripper uploads Guildford Ghost.

That is what makes this mystery so intriguing.
I guess you are right about being in a frenzie, but i still dont think Liz stride was a
Ripper Victim. Chapman most definitely. I also think Tabram was a victim.
P.S. Your channel is awesome!

Oh god I hate when they keep narrowing it down to four or five men. How about 8 or 10 and lets get good details on all of them?
