You have to get lieutenant in a certain thing like team slayer or lone wolves for example. This takes 50 xp to get it. This does not deal with your "main rank".

when I was promoted to Sargent I didn't get "unsc spartan" for 2 weeks or so after. but I just played.. then "bleep bloop" soo even tho it says your a lieutenant. your not yet. just play and it should unlock in time.

u didnt get the achievement because u must have not got 50 EXP on a playlist ex. rumble pit' u have to get 50 EXP on Rumble Pit to get the achievement but it doesnt have to be on rumble pit u can get the achivement on social slayer, lone wolves, squad battle etc it doesnt matter just make sure u get 50 EXP on one playlist then u'll get it
