When Guile asks Ken why he didnt help Ryu when we was getting his face bashed in he said i was because real fighters follow the "code" and let people go One on One when they have a fight instead of ganging up on the one guy like Guiles men did.

I like the animation but just like all of the SF anime seems to be just a random bunch of fights with odd character placement. Dont get me wrong...it was enjoyable.....as a preview. I think if you had to si through this as a movie your head would explode after 15 or so minutes just trying to figure out how Ken just pops in between Ryu and Akuma just before we finally see a clear winner!
