@MidlightLucidon People are just ignorant. There are many Asian-Americans or American born kids of immigrants who don't speak the language of their ethnicity. Some don't have the chance to be exposed or are fortunate enough to be sent to schools to learn that language.

the real issue here is the mixed Koreans living in South Korea who get discriminated against just for being of mixed heritage.

@Alphabuck It would only really be out of the sea if David choi was in South Korea for a long period of time, like Jay Park moving to South Korea. He too did not know much Korean until he was trained, but obviously it was beneficial since he became a celebrity and pop star.

David Choi is from the U.S. Newsflash: Not all Korean-Americans, Asian-Americans, (Insert ethnicity)-Americans speak the same language of their ethnic background.
