Im playing it just like in the video and the tab but it just doesnt sound the same. Im playing it a little slower since im a beginner with guitar atm but i still cant fingure out why it sounds different for me. Its only on the C chord part.

can the stings have a big difference? the ones on my guitar are at least 1 yr old

Great, how do i play a H?

It's called a hammer. You play the next note by hitting it with your finger without strumming it with your right hand. So before the first H you see you play the d and g strings open then hit the second fret on the d string. BTW you have to tune the guitar down a half step for just about every guns n' roses songs.
